Greater than one weekAs you can see by my photo, it has a hard time with large print. On the fourth try it did OK with assistance… I had to pull the label as it was printing to get it to stop putting letters on top of one another. On average, I had 3 attempts before I got a decent label. The blank label is where I had the machine “check the label size” because things were getting wacky. The labels look great, once they actually come out, and they work perfectly. Strangely, it had no problem with smaller text. So, I don’t know. I guess that you get what you pay for and sometimes a bargain isn’t really a bargain.

> 3 dayAs an iPhone user (XS Max), I didn’t have the same issue as another reviewer. It was easy to download the app and connect the printer. What attracted me the most to this label maker is that I felt there would be more options since it is Bluetooth and you design the label through an app. Font settings are very limited. I felt if I had this knowledge before, I would have chosen differently. With that said, it is very convenient and cute.

1.Download the app "Printer master" from apple store/google play
2.Open the app and choice the D30 Series Printer
3.connect the Bluetooth via "Printer master" app, not on the phone system
4.When install the paper, the printing side of the paper is face left
5.Before printing, please chose the right size for the printing paper on the app, the size of the label tape comes with is 12x40mm

As for Android： the App needs to turn on the phone"s GPS positioning function before connecting. Since the version of the android phone was updated to 10.0, Google has strengthened the user privacy policy, Google requires the user to open all permissions that need to be enabled before using the app.
The Ios Phone system doesn"t need this requirement.
Note 2. This label maker is Monochrome Printing Output, only black text. If you want to create color label artwork, require printing with color patterned label tapes.
