Its easy to use and connect with the app. Although the print is quality is meh, its blurry and texts are hard to read.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it! Very easy to use.

It is so easy to use, has different fonts and can even print in different directions. Plus, its fun to use.

This product has to be a Chinese knock off. App runs slow and is buggy. It won’t connect to the printer. Doesn’t identify the printer you have. All around sketchy

Love it!!! Brought it to label all my stuff at work and I’ve been labeling since, I’m completely addicted, keep finding things to label

1. Don’t download the wrong app that’s why it isn’t working for you. Download the Print Master App. 2. Use the 14x40 labels and you won’t have centering issues. 3. Make sure the labels are inserted correctly. Only complaints would be needing an account to save however you can use guest mode but it won’t save. Normally I don’t write reviews but this is a good product. Only other slight I would give it is that the device uses micro usb opposed to usb c. You can clear labels (people are also wrong on this). The app is a bit complex but once you get the hang of it there are no problems!
