The Graphics are amazing!

I absolutely loved Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon (3DS) and was super disappointed by Pokemon Let’s Go in comparison so my hopes were high with these ones. I was very satisfied with these games because they included all the good parts of Ultra Sun/Moon that Lets Go didn’t have (e.g. wonder trade, larger Pokédex, broader main plot/challenge). I love the added features that come with Dynamax. It feels like playing in raids in Pokemon Go only less of a pain and you get tons of rewards from it. I’ve yet to fully explore all the features but I love these.

Ive never been so disappointed in a double pack as I am with this purchase. I found the first game I played, Pokemon Shied, fun and exciting to discover new cities, the wilderness area, and I leveled up my pokemon party to levels in the 80s. I played over 80 hours and enjoyed it even more than Pokemon Lets Go. The reason I rated this double pack so poorly is both games are almost exactly the same. The pokemons might be different but even the first pokemon choice of three from Leon is the same. My recommendation is to buy one or the other e.g. Sword or Shield but not both. Total waste of money!!!!

I want to start by addressing negative reviews on invalid codes. I had the same initial response but it turns out the preorder codes are applied in game, NOT the eshop. Anyway, this is a fantastic entry. I understand peoples gripes about the dex but this is the most aesthetically pleasing region in a very long time. Im liking alot of the new pokemon and the new wild area and its mechanics are addictive. Havent been hooked to a pokemon game to this degree since the Game Boy days
