Im not entirely sure why, but for some reason when I saw that it was portable I assumed it had a battery built in. I think I got mixed up with the 8 hour use time when filled with water and wanted to help others avoid making the same mistake. That said, its small and feels quite refreshing. I havent used it on a miserably hot day yet, but it certainly works as advertized. Even if it doesnt work as well as I was hoping for in my bedroom, I can see it being a great addition to my camping gear the next time I go. Provided I dont forget a battery to power it haha

It doesn’t blow cold air at all. Basically a fan. And the bin at bottom has never had water in it to drain. UPDATE: the seller reached out and refunded my money and made the end of the experience much better.

I used this for camping. Loved it. We stayed cool all night. We had to use a lite blanket because it blowed really cool.

This portable AC is lite weigh and very easy to get setup. It puts out a lot of cool air for a unit this size. Its very quiet as I used it on my office desk at my home. My AC was not working at my home and this unit allowed me to continue to work and be comfortable.

I work graveyards so its always hard to sleep during the day especially if its hot and regular air conditioners dry me out. This product also has a button that puts out a fine mist. You just put Ice and a little water in it and youre good to go. Works Great!

I ordered this because my room was too hot and was so excited when it cooled it down considerably. Its pretty great value for the money. I loved the cooling effect by my bed while falling asleep. Adding the water makes a big difference to the room too. Buy!!!

This product does a great job at cooling down your immediate area around you. Keep in mind this is not an air conditioner but it will keep you cool. This machine works best with lots of ice. When I fill it with ice and ice cold water from the fridge . The air it blows out is very cold also ac like . The led lights feature is a very nice thought and looks very nice at night time. Is also not too loud which is nice

I leave in a house that the isolation it’s awful, on winter to cold, in the summer too warm, especially my room on the top floor, and he ac vent it’s no enough for the warm season. So I got this one, super compact and light, if you put water on it, helps if it’s cold or even some ice, I can say it will save you the same way it’s been saving me!

We find this unit of GREAT help in the Texas heat. Helps to quickly cool any area in the house. Dont need to run the full air conditioning in the house so often and THAT helps with energy bills. Just top it up with water and let it run, simple as that. Remember to empty the tank at the bottom, when needed, or will leak onto your surface. Highly recommend this unit and will probably pick up another few for around the house.

This little ac unit is pretty awsome and the size is great for our small place.it works well and the fill take doesnt need constant filling. Just once a day.
