After leaving the review someone reached out with some suggestions to improve performance along with a non-return refund. This company cares about their customers. It’s possible I just got a defective one but the way they look out for their customers redeemed this experience for me. Thank you! Bought this based on the raving reviews. But even with the reservoir filled to the max with lots of ice and water, it just blows out Luke warm/ room temp water. And not very strong. It’s pretty useless and am actually feeling like I got taken for a sucker buying this. Maybe it’s defective but this thing seems pretty lame. Trying to cool a 10x10’ room that’s already at 80 degrees and it only succeeds in making it more humid. Lame! Buyer beware!

I needed a small bedside air cooler that was quiet and could keep me from overheating at night. This unit does its job and is easy to use.

We purchased this product for our bedroom/bathroom as it sits above the garage. During the summer months the A/C and ceiling fan just cant keep up with the desert heat. This portable little machine works perfectly to help cool off and keep our room a comfortable temperature while sleeping. Absolutely recommend it!

Used this for my sons nursery but we will be ordering another one cause it’s in our bedroom and I just love it! This things tiny but will cool a small room down with ice. I love the night light feature! Will be purchasing again!

This portable air conditioning fan is perfect for my studio apartment. I did not know it reacquired ice cubes for the air conditioning component however it is pretty powerful without ice.

What a nice little cooler! I live in a studio apartment and this evaporative cooler does not take the place of my portable AC with the hoses in the window, but I use it over in the corner by the bed, and my little dog and I enjoy its cooling effect! It keeps me from having to turn on my AC as early in the day. I agree with those who say its not meant to cool an entire room, because its not, but it can cool you off in a section of a room and does that very well. My dog loves it and flops down in front as soon as I turn it on. The lights with their changing colors make it really attractive, too. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and its really nice!

This works very well to keep you cool if it’s a small area. I use it to help me sleep on warm nights. Remote control and timer are key! Great value, but don’t expect it to be an air conditioner.

Theres nothing to set up, take it out of the box, plug it in, add water & its ready to go! We have it in our living room because the sun is intense. It helped keep the room cool & we used our site conditioner less. Thinking about getting more for bedrooms at night.

I love this product so much I ordered another and highly recommend them. We recently moved from a house that had central air but the upstairs was still an oven and we just moved to a house without central air and I bought one to try out. It worked great for cooling a personal space — even in my son’s room who is a gamer and his devices make the room very warm. Worked great. Ordered a second one for myself for the new house. It works great and is very quiet. It helps keep the room cool and is very helpful for sleeping. The water lasts longer than it says on the packaging which is very helpful for me as well.

The fan definitely blows cold air. I don’t think it can cool the room by 10 degrees, but it definitely works well to make my daughter’s room more comfortable on a hot day.
