This has been really nice to have around on hot days. I keep mine in the bedroom. It does a good job of keeping my partner and I cool.

It doesn’t blow cold air at all. Basically a fan. And the bin at bottom has never had water in it to drain. UPDATE: the seller reached out and refunded my money and made the end of the experience much better.

i saw a lot of mixed reviews prior to buying this and i just wanted to give my thoughts. it’s probably going to be long so grab a drink lol. for the size and price i already knew this was not going to preform like a portable AC so if you think it will it’s best to get rid of that thought. i live in arizona where it’s extremely hot and dry, i already have a tower fan in my room but i still felt hot. i didn’t want to have two tower fans in my room so i decided to purchase this and i don’t regret it at all. it works pretty decent and it’s nothing special when you turn the fan on but once i added water to it and turned on the cool air setting it made such a difference in my room. i no longer feel hot and dry, my room has gone down a few degrees and feels like the missing piece to my hot room. what i’m trying to say is this fan works great if you need a lil extra kick of coolness. but it should not be intended to be used as a replacement for AC

This portable AC is lite weigh and very easy to get setup. It puts out a lot of cool air for a unit this size. Its very quiet as I used it on my office desk at my home. My AC was not working at my home and this unit allowed me to continue to work and be comfortable.

My husband and I are seniors and live in Florida. Our house air conditioner went out and we needed something to keep us cool until our air conditioner could be fixed. This little unit was perfect. It has a powerful 3 speed fan that cooled us enough on low to make sleeping comfortable at night. During the day with the fan on high it cooled our living room. We did have to keep adding ice cubes but we expected that. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

I had previously written a not too nice review of this product but I am updating my previous review. While the product was not exactly what I wanted a representative for the vendor emailed me in regards to my review. She was very kind, explained the product a little more to me, and offered a full refund with no return of the product. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I seldom leave negative reviews but this is the only time a vendor has made follow up contact and I am greatly impressed. Please know the product came nicely packaged, it worked, and I can not complain about that. It is easy to use. I just felt the way it was presented was misleading. In conclusion I would not hesitate to buy from this vendor again. The fact that they reached out to me is enough to let me know they do care about their customers.

I love the fact that: 1. They are portable. 2. They have a convenient remote. 3. They can be adjusted simply with ice and water. 4. They are not taxing to the environment. 5. I can position them strategically. 6. They work in unison with one another. 7. They are affordable. 8. They are aesthetically pleasing.

Used in my classroom after sweltering one too many sweltering days. Easy to use and fill. I was surprised how much water could fit in the tank. Has a surprisingly cooling effect. Good for desks and small spaces.

I love this product so much I ordered another and highly recommend them. We recently moved from a house that had central air but the upstairs was still an oven and we just moved to a house without central air and I bought one to try out. It worked great for cooling a personal space — even in my son’s room who is a gamer and his devices make the room very warm. Worked great. Ordered a second one for myself for the new house. It works great and is very quiet. It helps keep the room cool and is very helpful for sleeping. The water lasts longer than it says on the packaging which is very helpful for me as well.

***Update, customer service reached out to me and even though I received a refund, they offered a discount on any other product. To me, that means SO, SO much. Even more than a disappointing experience. Maybe I simply had a defective unit. So, I edited my review simply because of the TOP NOTCH customer service and courtesy. ***Even sitting within 12 inches and putting ice cubes in the water, it barely blew any air. In order to feel the air, I had to put my hand up to the unit and it felt like recycled, warm air. I was super disappointed because I really need something like this. However, returning as defective.
