I have had recent bouts of heavy cramping and trying not to overload on medication or create more waste with disposable sticky heating pads. This has changed the game, it heats up fast and gets hot, I’ve never needed to go past the first setting. I love that it’s portable and the charge lasts for a long times highly highly recommended

I used this right out of the box. I noticed one of the seals were broken so this may have been used or handle poorly when being packed. However, let’s get into the review: Yes, it looks the same as the pictures and reviews. Yes, delivery was easy especially if you have Prime. No, I was not paid or being led to write this review. I have endometriosis and after using a Sunbeam heating pad, I quickly realized I needed something stronger (heat wise). After months of searching on Amazon, health blogs, and following other’s endometriosis journey on Tiktok I settled on this item. A Few Reasons Why: - The temperatures are described unlike others - It’s small enough that I don’t have to worry about my entire body getting hot - I don’t necessarily have to worry about a cord shortage or a cord being long enough - It’s portable—can be worn at meetings, grocery store runs and while waiting for the doc - It’s discreet—no one has to know you have this on - It’s affordable for what it does - It has a massager - A variety of colors are offered: I selected White To close out my review, I will exchange it for a new one. In addition, while I like that it’s compact and discreet, it is not as big as I would like. I wish it was just a little longer (could still be compact), but I find the width not much a problem. I haven’t had it long enough to discover if it does relieves pain, but it does appear to be comfortable and is easy to use. The massager is too loud. This part of the heating pad is a fail for me as it would be annoying to use in public and therefore, not discreet at that point. For the price, I may keep this and use out in public without the massager and keep that for when I’m at home. I will be searching for a second one that’s a bit bigger. P.S. I’ll keep this item based on the longevity of the heat. I have read the other reviews and have taken notice.

Can get too hot so you need a t shirt between you and the pad. Works well. Helps a lot with intense cramps

helps with cramps so much, but definitely wear it over a shirt. accidentally burnt the skin on my stomach because of how hot it can get!

I ordered this because i have crohns so my stomach aches can get really bad. But it also works really great for menstrual cramps as well! I prefer the vibrating mode to help sooth the pain but the heating mode works just as good! Unfortunately i did lose my charger and was not able to find anything similar for it to charge and it wouldn’t turn on either. so i contacted customer service to get a replacement sent out. Customer service was excellent and i definitely recommend this product!

I suffer from crohns disease and dealt with an obstruction for over a year while the Healthcare system failed me. I finally was able to have my surgery to correct the problem. This little device saved me on some of the worst days. If you keep the heat on high it lasts about 3 hours for me. If kept at 1 it lasted about 5 to 6 hours. The underside is like a microsuede so its smooth against your skin. My only complaint is that I wish it had a clip/buckle like a fanny pack/bum bag. You have to put the device on almost like a pair of pants or a shirt. Especially if youre in pain bending over to step into the waistband or trying pull it down past your chest is a struggle.

This heating pad was a game changer when it came to aches and pains while at home or out and about. All I have to do is wear a slightly baggy shirt and can easily slip this underneath to provide lasting soothing warmth and comfort. I would imagine this is great for all sorts of aches on your abdomen such as back pain, period cramps, and also just to be able to keep warm in cold weather. The one downside to this product is that the battery doesnt seem to last very long and takes a long time to charge. I actually bought a second one so that I can switch them out when one dies and needs to charge. I also only ever use the heat setting. The massage setting is not very soothing. If the company ever made another model without the massage setting and utilized that extra space/savings for a larger/higher quality battery, I would buy it in a heartbeat. But all in all, this is so much better than being tied to a wall outlet heating pad! I can actually move around and get tasks done and feel relief while doing so.

I originally bought this for my wife to help with period pains, and it worked so well for her that I had to buy one for myself for my stomach(digestive issues) and back pain. The heat is impressive; it has three heat settings for me and my wife to get the right amount for all our aches and pains. Built-in vibration so it helps my back and stomach pain and helps soothe my wifes cramps. Very easy to use. Hold the button to turn it on and pick the correct settings for you. Portable, so I can take it anywhere and use it in any environment. Great product, and I recommend it to anybody who needs help with aches and pains and wants to avoid being stuck in one place with a traditional heating pad plugged into the wall or a dangerous bean bag or water bottle.

This is a really nice portable heating pad and serves its purpose. The only complaint is that its very comfortable if youre laying down.

So my periods are so bad. And it seems like I always come on my period when I have to go to work. This just makes it so great because I can work and still get heat to either back or stomach. This product was so good all the woman nurses and techs was buying them. Oh and it heats hot hot. So be careful. The vibrations are a little loud but not where people think you using a vibrator. I absolutely loved it I even used it for my tooth aching pain. Absolutely great product. Ten stars
