> 3 dayUpdate : Contacted company they sent me a new one. SO GRATEFUL! I’m happy to have a working one again because it truly helps me with my lower back pain ! I ordered this for sporadic cramps I was happy because it does help but after the first 2 days of use it’s completely not working. Won’t charge . Lights won’t turn on. No heating .. just nothing .

Greater than one weekThanks to my husband for ordering me this! Being someone with endometriosis, pain is just about an everyday thing. Love the fact that you can still do things around the house while still relieving the pain.

> 3 dayThis heating pad was a game changer when it came to aches and pains while at home or out and about. All I have to do is wear a slightly baggy shirt and can easily slip this underneath to provide lasting soothing warmth and comfort. I would imagine this is great for all sorts of aches on your abdomen such as back pain, period cramps, and also just to be able to keep warm in cold weather. The one downside to this product is that the battery doesnt seem to last very long and takes a long time to charge. I actually bought a second one so that I can switch them out when one dies and needs to charge. I also only ever use the heat setting. The massage setting is not very soothing. If the company ever made another model without the massage setting and utilized that extra space/savings for a larger/higher quality battery, I would buy it in a heartbeat. But all in all, this is so much better than being tied to a wall outlet heating pad! I can actually move around and get tasks done and feel relief while doing so.

> 3 dayI only use this once a month for a day when I have menstrual cramps. My husband got me this in late October 2022. It’s February 2023. Today was the 4th day I turned to this to help with my cramps. The buckle snapped off. I wasn’t forceful about it. Just like buckling a seatbelt. It helped a lot the last 3 days I used it but I’m a bit unimpressed that on the 4th day of use it’s essentially worthless now since it can’t be snapped around my waist and put heat/massage where I need it. Edit: I contacted the manufacturer and they have sent me out a new product. They immediately responded. Great customer service! Upping from 1-4 stars because of that.

> 3 daySo I have a plug in heating pad and I love it but Im usually glued to my bed when I gotta use it. Its so unproductive and the cord is a hassle. I got this item on sale for less than $30 and it was so worth it for that! Even though I dont really use the massage function (its just a vibration, not really a massage) I use the heat function and alternate it on my back and stomach. The battery lasts pretty long, I usually have it on level 2 out of 3 heat and because of the elastic I can walk around doing my normal things. Its super comfortable and lightweight
