This has been so much help, the combined vibration and heat options can be so soothing especially if you are experiencing menstrual cramps. It is so small I can even put it under my sweater at work and no one can see it, I will warn you that the vibration settle while not crazy loud is definitely audible.

I love this little heating pad. I love that it charges quickly and heats quickly as well. Best part is that it is portable. Definitely recommend.

Title says it all. Battery life is terrible and it’ll shut off on its own. But when it’s working it is the most amazing thing you just have to repress the button every once and awhile. You can either do heat or vibrate (or both). Heat can get superrr hot. It’s little so I can wear it to work under my shirt and it’s not noticeable. I recommend it to others but wish the battery life was better

I have endometriosis, and I constantly live with a heating pad.. but that means I have to be stationary when using them (the normal corded kind.) Someone in an endometriosis fb group recommended this, so I gave it a shot. It heats up INSTANTLY, the absolute second you turn it on. And it gets HOT! I’ve never found a heating pad that actually got hot enough for me, but this does, but that being said, the low/er setting/s are great for everyone else who doesn’t prefer it as hot as I do. I absolutely love how slim and small it is, so I wear it under my loose fitting shirts and shorts, and can go about my daily chores/driving all while getting relief. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

I have honestly been looking for a wireless heating pad for some time now. I saw this on a TikTok users video and knew that this was for me! I am using this product for the first time, and the only thing I wish is that it was a little bit hotter. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to using it when I really need it.

Buy this. If you have bad cramps this is awesome. Super slim and get hot fast. I don’t like the other function at all. I might would try it but I typically use it at work and the massager is SO loud. But would buy again just for the heat function.

I’ve been using a large heating pad for menstrual cramps for years. Found this on Amazon and decided to give it a try—it works wonders!! Targets the lower abdomen perfectly. The belt is adjustable and not too tight. The heating pad itself is very light and you will forget that you even have it on. The automatic shut off function is really nice because you can sleep with it on without worrying that you’ll leave the heat on you for all night. It can be a little annoying to have to turn it back on every 30 minutes, but it is a very safe feature. The massage function is a little gimmicky but it’s nice to have I guess if that’s some thing that you would prefer. However, the small targeted heat function, level of heat control, and auto shut off function makes us the perfect heating pad for menstrual cramps.

1. The heating pad is comfortable to wear. It works like a little fanny pack and it is slim enough to fit under your clothes, and if you have other layers on top no one should notice. The heating pad is also very light weight, and the clip to take the pad off and on is very easy. 2. The buttons for the heating vs the massage features are very easy to understand. There are only 3 settings for each and you can do the features together or alone. 3. I really like that the heating pad is rechargeable and the cord to charge the pad is a standard USB, so if (like me) you have lots of random standard USB cables around, you can easily charge the pad. 4. You should be warned that the product gets VERY HOT. On the package instructions the manufactures state that you should have a piece of material between your skin and the pad, and you should most definitely follow that advice. For me, I really appreciate how hot the pad gets, because I am in severe pain quite often and most heating pads do not get hot enough for me. But, when you do use it, use a thick piece of fabric between your skin and the pad, a thin piece of fabric will do nothing. 5. I really like that I can do my daily tasks while wearing this and I do not feel weighed down or awkward. It makes me feel like I can have the relief I need and still maintain some of my normal life. 6. The massage feature isnt a feature I really felt was essential to this product, but if you are someone that benefits from vibrations on your abdomen, then this will definitely do the trick. Keep in mind though, the massage setting is quite loud. 7. The charge lasts about two hours, which for me really isnt long enough and so my main complaint is that I do not like how much I need to charge this product, but then again, Im not sure what to expect from a product that heats from a USB charge. And hour-two hours is probably decent in the relative sense.

I absolutely love this product. I usually have to use pain medication every month for my menstrual cramps. This month for the first time I haven’t used any pain medication. It’s like it soothes my body and relaxes my nerves and pain receptors. I use it on my lower back as well as my lower abdomen. I use it over thin clothing not directly on my skin; I put the heat at the 2nd level and it gets the job done. The only thing I’d like to be improved on is the longevity of the charge. I got a good 1.5 hours of good heat before the battery went down. Other than that, I think it’s a great product.
