The massage feature is quite loud and annoying, but the heat function is amazing for cramps and backaches. I love that you can turn each feature on individually so you don’t have to hear the loud massage function unless you want to use it.

I love how hot it gets. I love that it has the vibrations. It really comes in handy for the girlies. It’s not bulky or big, it’s very light, you can wear it around the house and it has adjustable straps.

Convenient little device. Gets decently warm fairly quickly & stays warm. The 3 different vibration settings are cool. It’s small & compact enough to wear under clothing & not be noticed; though the vibration it sort of loud. The battery hold a good charge, I used it three nights in a row & a few hrs at work before it died on me. Overall totally worth it if you suffer from menstral cramps or lower back pain

This gets very hot, very fast. Which is amazing!! Wish it was a tad bigger, but I love it otherwise. So happy to have fun colors. I got green. Helps with nausea!

This little device is so convenient and works really well. I dont really care for the vibration feature. It lasts long enough with one charge.

So my periods are so bad. And it seems like I always come on my period when I have to go to work. This just makes it so great because I can work and still get heat to either back or stomach. This product was so good all the woman nurses and techs was buying them. Oh and it heats hot hot. So be careful. The vibrations are a little loud but not where people think you using a vibrator. I absolutely loved it I even used it for my tooth aching pain. Absolutely great product. Ten stars
