I have endometriosis, and I constantly live with a heating pad.. but that means I have to be stationary when using them (the normal corded kind.) Someone in an endometriosis fb group recommended this, so I gave it a shot. It heats up INSTANTLY, the absolute second you turn it on. And it gets HOT! I’ve never found a heating pad that actually got hot enough for me, but this does, but that being said, the low/er setting/s are great for everyone else who doesn’t prefer it as hot as I do. I absolutely love how slim and small it is, so I wear it under my loose fitting shirts and shorts, and can go about my daily chores/driving all while getting relief. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

I usually have very bad cramps leading up to the beginning of my cycle and is the worst on the 1st and 2nd day. Immediately ordered this after no longer standing the pain. It has helped me a great deal. It heats up quickly and although there are 3 heat modes the 1st mode is really all you need. The other 2 modes are just took hot. Although there is a type of cloth that protects your skin from making direct contact, I still recommend wearing a thin layer of clothing (like leggings or top) before latching on the device since it gets quite hot even on the first mode. May possibly even feel like your skin is burning for some people. I really have no use for the massage setting, but it is extremely loud in my opinion.

I absolutely love this product. I usually have to use pain medication every month for my menstrual cramps. This month for the first time I haven’t used any pain medication. It’s like it soothes my body and relaxes my nerves and pain receptors. I use it on my lower back as well as my lower abdomen. I use it over thin clothing not directly on my skin; I put the heat at the 2nd level and it gets the job done. The only thing I’d like to be improved on is the longevity of the charge. I got a good 1.5 hours of good heat before the battery went down. Other than that, I think it’s a great product.

i just got it today, and its amazing. the highest heat setting was actually too much for me right on my skin. im so used to things having lil to no power to me i was surprised how strong this is. the higher setting would work better for me over clothes probably. but id recommend this, pcos makes periods very painful, the strong heat on this is heavenly.

Works well, the heat part works great even to say a little too good. I have to have a shirt under it because it gets pretty warm. I only put it on the second setting and that can be a bit warm I never use the 3rd gear setting. The 3 vibrating modes are also really strong and work well. My only complaint is that it doesnt stay charged as long as I wish it would! But it does charge within 3-4 hours.

I absolutely love this product. If you suffer from cramps, this will save you! It has 3 heat settings and 3 vibrate settings. If you use both settings together, it will lessen the power of both, but still very effective. The heat gets very hot even on the lowest setting. Make sure to wear a shirt or put a towel between the heater and your skin so you don’t burn yourself. This keeps a charge for hours. I was nervous that it would die after an hr, but it definitely keeps its charge all day. Don’t stay in pain any longer. Get this ASAP! You won’t regret it.

Title says it all. Battery life is terrible and it’ll shut off on its own. But when it’s working it is the most amazing thing you just have to repress the button every once and awhile. You can either do heat or vibrate (or both). Heat can get superrr hot. It’s little so I can wear it to work under my shirt and it’s not noticeable. I recommend it to others but wish the battery life was better
