This has helped a lot with my cramps. The heat gets really hot so I recommend having a thing layer of cloth or clothing between you and it. And that is just the low setting!!

I usually have very bad cramps leading up to the beginning of my cycle and is the worst on the 1st and 2nd day. Immediately ordered this after no longer standing the pain. It has helped me a great deal. It heats up quickly and although there are 3 heat modes the 1st mode is really all you need. The other 2 modes are just took hot. Although there is a type of cloth that protects your skin from making direct contact, I still recommend wearing a thin layer of clothing (like leggings or top) before latching on the device since it gets quite hot even on the first mode. May possibly even feel like your skin is burning for some people. I really have no use for the massage setting, but it is extremely loud in my opinion.

This would have been an easy 5 star review but this stuff is loud. I was on a work call and I plugged it in, it was so loud I had to turn it off. I tried to use while watching TV but the sound was just too distracting. I will have to return this but I really do like the portability and the effectiveness.

I use this while at work. The strap is really awesome being up and down all day. The charge lasts about 2 hours which is great.

This little device is freaking wonderful. I use the highest heat setting (3) and the lowest vibration setting (1-constant) to help through my menstrual pain. I’ve found it to be very helpful in easing the deep aches from the contractions. The only thing I’d change is making the charges last longer, as I’m not able to plug in every 90 minutes or so.

I ordered this just in time to use it. It is fantastic! Being a to lose the cord of a heating pad is a win all on its own. This is a great good quality product ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love how hot it gets. I love that it has the vibrations. It really comes in handy for the girlies. It’s not bulky or big, it’s very light, you can wear it around the house and it has adjustable straps.

I absolutely love this product. I usually have to use pain medication every month for my menstrual cramps. This month for the first time I haven’t used any pain medication. It’s like it soothes my body and relaxes my nerves and pain receptors. I use it on my lower back as well as my lower abdomen. I use it over thin clothing not directly on my skin; I put the heat at the 2nd level and it gets the job done. The only thing I’d like to be improved on is the longevity of the charge. I got a good 1.5 hours of good heat before the battery went down. Other than that, I think it’s a great product.

I suffer from crohns disease and dealt with an obstruction for over a year while the Healthcare system failed me. I finally was able to have my surgery to correct the problem. This little device saved me on some of the worst days. If you keep the heat on high it lasts about 3 hours for me. If kept at 1 it lasted about 5 to 6 hours. The underside is like a microsuede so its smooth against your skin. My only complaint is that I wish it had a clip/buckle like a fanny pack/bum bag. You have to put the device on almost like a pair of pants or a shirt. Especially if youre in pain bending over to step into the waistband or trying pull it down past your chest is a struggle.

Buy this. If you have bad cramps this is awesome. Super slim and get hot fast. I don’t like the other function at all. I might would try it but I typically use it at work and the massager is SO loud. But would buy again just for the heat function.
