I absolutely love this product. If you suffer from cramps, this will save you! It has 3 heat settings and 3 vibrate settings. If you use both settings together, it will lessen the power of both, but still very effective. The heat gets very hot even on the lowest setting. Make sure to wear a shirt or put a towel between the heater and your skin so you don’t burn yourself. This keeps a charge for hours. I was nervous that it would die after an hr, but it definitely keeps its charge all day. Don’t stay in pain any longer. Get this ASAP! You won’t regret it.

Got this for my cramps and during those days the heating pad soothes it. It has different levels so that you can adjust it, the massage is only vibration. The vibration is okay, doesnt really do much for the cramps, but it does have 3 different kind of vibrations. Overall loved the heating pad, the massage wont really use.

It’s worth the price, super cute and you can wear it wherever needed. Love the color so much. Giving 4 stars because this is the first day I’ve gotten it and i don’t even have cramps rn but it made my back feel better!

I used this right out of the box. I noticed one of the seals were broken so this may have been used or handle poorly when being packed. However, let’s get into the review: Yes, it looks the same as the pictures and reviews. Yes, delivery was easy especially if you have Prime. No, I was not paid or being led to write this review. I have endometriosis and after using a Sunbeam heating pad, I quickly realized I needed something stronger (heat wise). After months of searching on Amazon, health blogs, and following other’s endometriosis journey on Tiktok I settled on this item. A Few Reasons Why: - The temperatures are described unlike others - It’s small enough that I don’t have to worry about my entire body getting hot - I don’t necessarily have to worry about a cord shortage or a cord being long enough - It’s portable—can be worn at meetings, grocery store runs and while waiting for the doc - It’s discreet—no one has to know you have this on - It’s affordable for what it does - It has a massager - A variety of colors are offered: I selected White To close out my review, I will exchange it for a new one. In addition, while I like that it’s compact and discreet, it is not as big as I would like. I wish it was just a little longer (could still be compact), but I find the width not much a problem. I haven’t had it long enough to discover if it does relieves pain, but it does appear to be comfortable and is easy to use. The massager is too loud. This part of the heating pad is a fail for me as it would be annoying to use in public and therefore, not discreet at that point. For the price, I may keep this and use out in public without the massager and keep that for when I’m at home. I will be searching for a second one that’s a bit bigger. P.S. I’ll keep this item based on the longevity of the heat. I have read the other reviews and have taken notice.

Thanks to my husband for ordering me this! Being someone with endometriosis, pain is just about an everyday thing. Love the fact that you can still do things around the house while still relieving the pain.

This device gets very very hot so be careful. The only downfall is the charge doesn’t last so long.

Very handy for on the go and heats up nicely however it doesnt stay charged for that long.

Smaller than I expected but I love how its like a belt. Dont have to worry about cords. It doesnt hold a charge for very long but it heats up super fast and super hot. Pretty disappointed that its just vibration and not an actual massage but overall its pretty nice and helpful

This product works well, and is comforting, but the waist strap is hard to remove.

Ive given specific aspects of this device their own ratings out of 5 stars. See below: FIT/COMFORT (5/5): I was a little worried about the waistband not fitting my plus sized hips. However, I wear a 22W/3XL in pants and this baby fit with room to spare! The waistband is also super stretchy so that helped a lot too. I can wear this when laying down or when up and walking about. It also feels very comfortable when sitting upright. Ive worn it out when running errands and it is almost impossible to spot. It also feels like its not there. HEAT (5/5): Wow. This sucker gets HOT. I mean, like actually painfully hot if you turn it to the highest setting with no fabric between the device and your skin. Ive been keeping it on the 2 setting, on top of a thin shirt and it seems to be the right amount of heat to soothe my cramps without burning me. The other thing that really surprised me was how quickly it heats up. After you press the heat button, it only takes about 5 seconds to get hot. Very nice when youre in the midst of a cramp crisis. MASSAGE (4/5): I honestly overlooked the fact that this had a vibration/massage feature. It has 3 settings of different vibration patterns, but doesnt vary the vibration intensity. I will say the massage feature was a nice surprise and I do sometimes use it when Im in a lot of pain. It sort of helps to diffuse the cramps. However, it is LOUD. Im talking like grandmas magic wand massager loud...its not really discreet enough for me to use outside of my home for that reason, but others may be braver than I. BATTERY/TECHNICAL (3/5): The battery only lasts a few hours as stated on the description. This would be fine, however my unit shuts off ever 30-45 minutes and I have to turn it back on. This is just a mild inconvenience, especially when the descriptions says it auto-shuts off every 2 hours, not every 30 minutes. It takes about 1.5 hours to completely charge from dead, which is pretty long in my opinion. I am considering buying a 2nd device so I at least have another to switch to which the first one charges. Overall, I do recommend this to anyone who has mild to severe cramps like I do. It really did help to reduce the pain and keep me feeling well enough to continue with daily life!
