I grew up in Oregon where rain has always been the norm and love cool cloudy days with a bit of a sprinkle here & there. Normally we never see anything above the 80°s at most and I dont care for anything more than 70°s myself. The last 2 years we have had several days over 100° and even had it that high for a week or 2 straight. I have been miserable to put it lightly. This neck fan is better than several other brands I have tried and I make sure I have it with me anytime I may be away from air conditioning now! It is instant from the hot muggy air.
