The air flows in a complete circle around your neck and with it comes relief from the heat and humidity! I grew up in Oregon where rain has always been the norm and love cool cloudy days with a bit of a sprinkle here & there. Normally we never see anything above the 80°s at most and I dont care for anything more than 70°s myself. The last 2 years we have had several days over 100° and even had it that high for a week or 2 straight. I have been miserable to put it lightly. This neck fan is better than several other brands I have tried and I make sure I have it with me anytime I may be away from air conditioning now! It is instant from the hot muggy air. Instead of feeling like Im suffocating I feel like I can breathe normally again. The fan is lightweight and quite comfortable. The battery lasts for several hours. I havent ever had it die even when I head out early in the morning and dont get home till after dinner time. The relief it brings is instant and makes me feel refreshed with renewed energy and I would have to say one of the best things I have bought on Amazon to date!

Fan blows a good deal of air and is quiet. But wish it blew more air onto the face area

Not impressed with this fan, it’s pretty I’d say and there’s no air hitting the back vents even on max. Would go for something else

This is great to use while going to theme parks or just walking about in the sun. It also works great while doing stationary or minimal movement yard work (as in no jumping or quick jerky movements as it can slip off). The only con is that you have to be careful when putting it on and taking it off because you have to open up the sides and it feels like it will snap if you arent careful

The neck fan provides cool comfort. I only use it in the low setting and only in intervals so it lasts a long time on one charge. The only thing I wish it had was a fabric strip where it touches the neck directly. Sometimes it sticks to my skin.

I have a rare health condition that was triggered by an allergic reaction to an ear piercing. It is called Erythromelalgia and it makes my right ear and right side of my face red, swollen and it feels very hot like it is on fire all the time. Without going into the lengthy story of all of the doctors I have visited I will simply say that these neck fans are life saving. At first I used to carry coolers of ice around so that I could hold ice packs on my red and hot face, then with improvement from a variety of medications I was able to graduate from ice to fans so I used to carry fans around blowing on my face all day long. Now that I have these neck fans, the air blows directly onto my ear and face without me needing to hold a fan at all times. This frees up my life enormously, helps me to slowly soothe the aggravated skin, and makes summer time more bearable. I used to use Arctic Air fans, but lately they have become poor quality, are too loud and break easily. So far these neck fans are much better than the competition. They are comfortable, cooling, and the battery life is pretty incredible compared to what I was used to. They are also very quiet, which allows me to have the fan on without irritating everyone around me. As an added bonus, they also look a bit like a very cool set of headphones - thanks, and I hope you guys keep making these!

I purchased this fan for myself cause my job has me moving around a lot It’s often pretty warm in the building so this fan is an EXCELLENT relief Now I can continue to work without so many breaks to cool off Charge lasts too!!! The different settings allows me to control my cooling. I also purchased this fan as birthday gift for friend She loves it too for sitting outside watching kids while they practice or have soccer games! Convenient cause it’s around the neck…hands free for other stuff!!

I suffer from severe hot flashes and this fan is a life saver! I have really long hair and I love how it has vents along the back of it and cools even if I have my hair down. I highly recommend.

I work in a big wearhouse and fans are hard to come by plus they blow my hair all over the place, especially in my eyes and mouth. It made wearing lipstick a little challenging . This neck fan kept me cool with out the messy hair. Unfortunately wearing it while running around the grocery store or pulling weeds it kept spinning around and actually fell Off a couple times on the same day.

Got these for Disneyland for the whole family. You can’t really tell they are on in a really hot day, I leave mine on the highest setting in the parks and they help keep me cooler but not cold. When the sweat is pouring down your face from standing in line for rides, they probably help drop my inner temp 1-2 degrees. It’s not a huge difference but I like mine enough I keep using it: fourth of July , a country concert at the stadium in the sun and at the lake. I just wish they lasted a little longer on the highest setting, only a couple hours gets use of this fan before it dies on high mode.
