Didnt wk like I wanted..

I have a rare health condition that was triggered by an allergic reaction to an ear piercing. It is called Erythromelalgia and it makes my right ear and right side of my face red, swollen and it feels very hot like it is on fire all the time. Without going into the lengthy story of all of the doctors I have visited I will simply say that these neck fans are life saving. At first I used to carry coolers of ice around so that I could hold ice packs on my red and hot face, then with improvement from a variety of medications I was able to graduate from ice to fans so I used to carry fans around blowing on my face all day long. Now that I have these neck fans, the air blows directly onto my ear and face without me needing to hold a fan at all times. This frees up my life enormously, helps me to slowly soothe the aggravated skin, and makes summer time more bearable. I used to use Arctic Air fans, but lately they have become poor quality, are too loud and break easily. So far these neck fans are much better than the competition. They are comfortable, cooling, and the battery life is pretty incredible compared to what I was used to. They are also very quiet, which allows me to have the fan on without irritating everyone around me. As an added bonus, they also look a bit like a very cool set of headphones - thanks, and I hope you guys keep making these!

The battery is consumed quickly if not on lowest setting. However the lowest setting is pretty good and the device itself gets cool on your neck. I just do bursts of higher speeds. It does not fold. It fits neatly into a gallon bag or probably most purses. Easy to clean w/ alcohol wipes. This enables me to do stuff w/ heat flashes I couldn’t previously do, for instance cook. I had to stop and fan, now most times I can keep on cooking.

My granddaughter and daughter love these, my granddaughter uses it when she puts her makeup on, and my daughter is a letter carrier so she uses it everyday for hours. Best investment I ever made.!!

Purchased for my husband who is an aircraft mechanic worry about it getting so hot when then work on the planes.

I bought this to assist with my personal summers. At first, it didnt seem to cool me off at all, but then I realized that the vents need to be facing up toward your face (I thought the fan blew through the rounded, headphone ear piece-looking section). Once I did that, it was significantly better. Its comfortable and relatively light weight, but it could still cool off better than it does. I havent had it (or used it) long enough to rate the battery life, but the one thing I can say is that it isnt subtle at all with the noise level. Each level (there are three) gets louder, and the highest speed level is nearly unbearable. So if you are noise adverse, i would think twice before purchasing.

I use this when I’m at exercising class and also when doing outside yard work. Keeps you cool.

I wish it was a little lighter but its still a great help when its hot. I have another one thats a different brand, and both are about the same weight.

I have very fine thin hair. The fan on low tugged a piece of my hair a little!! I can NOT afford damaged hair at all! It shows way too easy for mine. I may return it now as Im a little nervous but helped cool me off a bit! Im kind of bummed to return it
