> 3 dayTrusting in the brand to protect my adjustable base bed. Because of outlet spacing this would not be my first choice for audio/home heater but for other use cases I would buy again if the price was right.

> 3 dayThe fact that manufacturer will replace the surge protector part free of charge if the surge protection light went off made a purchase choice much easier.

Greater than one weekThe pictures make it look like you can have the alternating plugs be at angles, but they have to be at 90 degree angles. Works great.

Greater than one weekAPC 6-Outlet Surge Protector 1080 Joules with USB Charger Ports, SurgeArrest (PE6U2) I Purchased two on 2017-11 for $9.88 each, and purchased one more on 2018-02 for a net price of $10.87 after coupon. This has a 500 Volt Voltage Protection Rating (VPR) across all 3 pair of conductors (Line to Neutral, Line to Ground, Neutral to Ground). Thats not as good as the best 400 V rating Ive seen on other surge protectors, but still good (Ive seen 600 and 800 V ratings also! Lower is better). There is no sticker on the back indicating its been independently tested to comply with UL 1449, so I assume its just designed to the 500 V level per UL 1449. On the back of the box it says APC recommends using the let-through voltage (ANSI C62.41) to determine a surge suppressors performance. I concur! Let-through voltage was renamed VPR in the 3rd edition of UL 1449 (Sept 2009). I agree that a low let-through or VPR voltage is more important than a very high Joule rating for a surge suppressor, but unfortunately the current marketing trend for this and other models is to not advertise the VPR. 6 cord with low-profile, right angle plug is good. 1080 Joules is plenty IMHO. Lifetime warranty. Made in China. Ive used the USB charging ports fairly regularly for 5 months now with no problems. I usually charge 1 smartphone at a time, or occasionally a tablet. Very satisfied with the product. A good deal especially if/when the price dips to $10! Deducted 1 star for not advertising the 500 V protection rating, and apparent lack of independent lab testing to verify the UL1449 rating.

> 3 dayThese surge protectors are the best ones we have. The fact that I can spin the wide outlets allows for the big cumbersome AC packs. Excellent product!
