Greater than one weekThis a simple USB hub which extends number of USB ports on any computer or you can mount it on wall and use it for charging your devices. This is perfect for charging headphones, photo printer and even phones. I wish there would have been more than 1 smart charging part. Not to mention, each port can be switched on/off independently.

> 3 dayBought this to replace a powered hub that had twice as many ports but only half of them worked and others would not transmit data to my laptop although the connection was indicated (e.g. my Nikon connected but the photos did not upload). This new hub works perfectly, has enough ports for my purposes and is compact. I also like that I only have to power up those ports that I am using. Dont know if that will improve reliability but maybe. I do wish it had some means of mounting it on my desk to avoid movement like screw tabs, but if necessary I can use double sided tape or velcro. Otherwise Im quite pleased with my purchase and would recommend the product.

> 3 dayIm impressed with the quality of materials and, in turn, its weight. It feels like a piece of equipment. Kinda how vintage electronics are heavier and tend to be more durable. My one complaint is that the strip lights up even when the power isnt plugged in (so just the USB into the device). This is only a thing* if you have a finicky power source. Ive been like, Whats wrong with my keyboard!? just to realize after 5 minutes my power strip was switched off. Very minor thing though. Well worth the price.

> 3 dayIt wasnt long enough to reach outlet then have the USB plug into the PC and unit able to reach up to the top of the desk to be used. Visualize 4 ft power cord, the USB box then a 3 ft USB cable to connect it to your PC. to the USB is to short to make it from the floor to the top of my desk through the pre-cut hole in the desk. I bought a 6 foot USB extension cable which allowed me to plug the pwr into the wall on the other side of the desk and used the extension to get it to the PC which allowed the USB box on top of my desk. In order for this length to work well your PC needs to be about two feet from outlet and then ALL of your USB cables need to be about six feet to make it from the Hub to the top of your desk. be sure to plug it into the SS USB on your computer for the needed speed because we have plugged in our keyboard, mouse, Zoom camera and speakers. It works perfectly except for the way to short cord.

Greater than one weekHaving previously used the 6-port model of this USB 3.0 hub, I thoroughly enjoy the throughput and ease of installation. The smart USB charging port comes in handy when your mobile devices require charging.

> 3 dayBy the looks of the listing, you would think it would just be mostly made from plastic. It doesnt! Its quite heavy and there are rubber feet underneath it which means it wont be sliding around your desk. The functionality of being able to turn on/off various ports is very handy as well especially if you have multiple devices such as laptop coolers/desk fans that you wont have to unplug to turn off. It can be used as a standalone charger for your devices or you can hook it up to your computer and let it act as a usb hub for inter data transfer using USB 3.0. Overall the build quality is great and Ive been very happy with this purchase!

> 3 dayHave used this USB 3.0 Hub for about three weeks, and it has worked fine. I have a Lenovo M73 Tower and it has two USB 3.0 Ports and four USB 2.0 Ports. If you are using some BlueTooth, Wireless, or Audio it seems to work good and fast. Some have said there is interference when used with certain Wireless Devices hooked into the Hub. My Wireless is hooked directly into the PC. I was very concerned when I did a USB Port Check using USB Tree Viewer and it showed this Hub as being a USB 2.1. Other software checkers showed the same. I checked the USB Devices in Device Manager Windows 10 and it identified it as a SS (Super Speed) Hub + Charging (3.0). Also checked with DXDIAG Windows program. I did see an improvement in Wireless Internet speed and other USB 3.0 Devices. Also have USB 2.0 devices hooked up and they work fine. I did use their Customer Service chat service and was asked to check some drivers and USB status. Seemed to be working right according to them. As for speed checks to see Upload / Download speeds for drives - I have not done them. Good Hub for the price. If you have a Desktop and a number of devices, I would recommend a 7-10 port USB 3.0 Hub. Likely you will use the ports someday. If you have a Laptop with a few devices and a phone, this one works great - smaller and light weight plus fast charge. It really does all those things.
