Greater than one weekI had another switchable USB hub that met a sad fate when I spilled coffee all over (and in) it. I love the switch-ability of a USB hub and this one that I purchased to replace the other one is even better. The switch buttons have a nice tactile feel. The bright red charging port is quite useful for those of us that dont quite know when a USB port is going to charge or not. And it has the amps to quick-charge. As a professional who works from home and spends a great deal of time on video calls, I very much appreciate the confidence of seeing and knowing for sure when my cam is on or off!!. More pajama days for me! * I will continue to bitch about Amazons ridiculous suggested rating categories until I see something is replaces their ill programmed bots with categories that matter. This one asked for Camera quality and Sheerness. A USB hub??????

> 3 dayGood USB hub. Nicest thing is that each port has an on-off power button and to turn the port power off requires a 2 - 3 second push on the button so no accidental power offs. Good sturdy design.

> 3 dayThis item is small enough to carry with you, but offers all of the features you need to work. I like that you can turn off the separate ports. A great tool at a reasonable price

> 3 dayIm impressed with the quality of materials and, in turn, its weight. It feels like a piece of equipment. Kinda how vintage electronics are heavier and tend to be more durable. My one complaint is that the strip lights up even when the power isnt plugged in (so just the USB into the device). This is only a thing* if you have a finicky power source. Ive been like, Whats wrong with my keyboard!? just to realize after 5 minutes my power strip was switched off. Very minor thing though. Well worth the price.

> 3 dayI bought this USB hub for my wife, mostly because her computer has a problem where the mouse stopped working when using more than one USB port. This hub has solved the problem, now everything is connected to the hub and having switches to turn on and off each device avoids the wear and tear. It also has 1 smart charging ports for the phone, headphones, etc, which is very useful. A good purchase for a fair price that has saved the day.

Greater than one weekLooks cool and I like the on/off buttons beside the jacks. You can keep stuff plugged in but not hot until you need them. Then you hit the button, the LED goes on, and your peripheral works. Unless there is something wrong with your peripheral. Or your PC. But you cant blame the USB hub for that. You CAN blame Win 10 and Bill Gates.

> 3 dayWhen I am at the office, I need to plug in sometimes four USB devices plus charge my phone. There arent enough ports on my Dell workstation laptop and none of them charges my Samsung Galaxy Note very well. I got a powered USB hub for home and it has worked out nicely. So I got this one from the same manufacturer but with a slightly different configuration. In this one, all the USB ports (and their switches) are on top of the device with the charging port clearly labeled in red. I can turn off ports that Im not using. The charging device really makes a difference. Some devices need more power and the passive hubs sometimes dont cut it. With this one, Ive got a full charge through every port. My external drives, headphones, cameras, keyboard and mouse all get the right amount of juice. I dont think of this as a bargain price, but it is acceptable. The quality, construction, and function are all what I was looking for. Recommended.
