> 3 dayThis product is an improvement over the last model. The Power adapter is the same, however the host cable (the one cable that connects to the host device) is now removeable, so you can replace or lengthen or shorten the cable against your needs. Customer service is top shelf. I would rely on this product for the quality and improvments made since last model.

> 3 dayThis product feels good to the touch and feels quality. The bright light indicators make it a great addition to any gaming setup. Ive been using this for about a month and its been working great so far. When you power up the hub, all the USB lights turn on. I wish instead all the ports would be turned off or there was a switch to customize what you want to happen. A single click to turn a port on and a long hold to turn it off which is great.

> 3 dayI really needed more USB 3.0 slots for my computer, mostly because my Motherboard only has four and they are the main USB slots so I dont have enough for USB 3.0 compliant devices. This device, as stated, adds 4 more data USB ports and one charging port. While it does work exactly as intended, as I have not had it melt or break on me in the two years I have had it, there are some quirks that have started to really grind my gears. For some reason, and I dont exactly know what causes this, the device will act like any devices I have hooked to it were ejected then reinserted. For a grand majority of people this would not be a massive issues. However, if you use this device for anything that needs a constant connection (Capture Devices, Webcams, Hard Drives) then this is a massive nuisance and could cause programs to crash depending on if it is using the device that is plugged in. According to other reviews, and my own current test, disabling the Smart Charging port seems to fix the issue. Besides that one single issue I have yet to have any problems with this hub. Although saying that, the issue is pretty substantial for what should be a pretty normal function.

Greater than one weekThis solved my problem of a nest of USB and USB extenders to my laptop. To grab and go, I had to unplug various cords including printer, mouse, keyboard, fan, etc. then re-plug the mouse when I got where I was going. This way, everything is put to bed in one easy Hub. Individual ports can be turned on and off. It has one fast charge port which is handy to have nearby for my phone and wireless earphone charging. I would highly recommend it!

> 3 dayBought this for my xbox, so I can attach more storage, mouse and keyboard, since it only comes with (2) USB ports built in. This works well, and I can turn off each individual port if I need to. The lights on each port easily show if they are on or off as well - which is good to view at a glance. No complaints so far.

> 3 dayI got this so I would not wear out the USB ports on my computer. I hooked this up and I am absolutely completely satisfied with this USB hub. All the USB ports are on top which is the easiest to use. I love the convenience of the Smart Charge port. I really like the ability to turn a port on or off. This is a great product. I highly recommend this USB hub. Best USB hub I have ever had.
