> 3 dayI tried out a few other helmets before buying another one, because I wanted to see if other brands were as reliable. Unfortunately, they just didnt feel as secure as this one, so I ended up purchasing this helmet again, and Im not disappointed in the slightest. I use it for biking, and many other helmets only sit on the top of the head, and dont feel laterally supportive, Pro-tec does NOT have that problem. My noggin feels supported and safe from all angles, and I am not worried about it falling off if I get into an unfortunate accident. Glad I just purchased what I know and trust

Greater than one weekI LOVE this skate helmet. My 10 year old skates at least 3 times a week, and his prior helmet didnt fit as snug as I would have liked, and eventually cracked from use/falls. We replaced it with this ProTec helmet and my son could instantly feel a huge difference! Comfortable, breathable, and fits true to size (the ProTec site has a great sizing chart). I couldnt be happier with this purchase. A good fitting helmet is critical for skating, because every kids takes falls when they are learning new tricks. Its important to have the best quality protection possible.

> 3 dayKids don’t like wearing helmets but when they have to (like mine do!!) this is the coolest looking, safest and best made product for the price. Inside padding comes loose quick for a real skater. Of your kid just occasionally skates or scooters this is perfect . I have to buy them more regularly due to inside padding not secure enough

04-06-2025Sizing to truly accommodate a ‘large’/adult head and in a comfortable manner. (Tried several, which were honestly too tight). Snug fit without pressure. Good ventilation, good chinstrap. Recommend checking them out. Inline skater.

> 3 dayExactly what you would expect, a basic, comfy helmet. Used the size chart on Pro-Tec website, I wear a 7 1/8 hat and a size M is a perfect fit.
