Classic helmet that will never go out of style and does the job

I received my Pro Tec Helmet a few minutes ago and I am very pleased. The exterior packaging was great and the helmet comes in a drawer like box which is nice because you can store it easily in a locker or at home. The helmet comes with extra decals, is pictured as above and had the original tags and manual. The fit was perfect. Originally I ordered a medium but it was a touch too snug. If you are not sure based on the sizing chart, I would err on the larger side. My head measures 22 and though the medium fit, it would have given me a headache after prolonged wear. The Large is just a little bigger and a very comfortable fit. The helmet also feels very light which is nice. strap is adjustable with a band to secure the slack. I would buy Pro Tec again. Shipping was also very prompt through Amazon fulfillment center. Thanks guys!

This is a skateboard helmet and maybe its approved it only for that use. But, for me, it gives the side protection missing from Petzl and similar climbing helmets. Its very light (12.5 oz.) and quite comfortable. The straps may not be as secure as Petzl and Black Diamond, and there is no visor, but I prefer this to my Bern (15.5 oz.) because it has foam that gives a bit more. Great helmet to prevent injuries!

This is a cheaper version of this model. Its been changed in the interior foams since the last one we purchased of the same model and size This enlarged the fit a bit, it is very lose. I wish Id bought the next size smaller and that it came with some foam shims.

This was the third helmet I had ordered trying to get a good fit. On SnapBack hats I wear them with only two snaps snapped, if that gives you an idea of fit. This helmet fits me perfectly and comfortably. I should have just gone with ProTec the first time around, they’re the best. Four stars for now only because I haven’t been able to test it much yet. I will update accordingly.

The helmet seems to be OK, but a little snug on the sides. Overall, it is a good helmet for this price.

Sizing to truly accommodate a ‘large’/adult head and in a comfortable manner. (Tried several, which were honestly too tight). Snug fit without pressure. Good ventilation, good chinstrap. Recommend checking them out. Inline skater.

Love the look and fit. The white color is really clean, it matches perfectly with my white JBM Elbow and Knee pads. Thankfully I have not knocked my head, so I cannot comment on the level of protection. Also came with Stickers. I like Stickers :-)
