> 3 dayUPDATE: I left this review- and customer service reached out and sent me a brand new bag no questions asked. I had it I less than a week. I was past the 30 days because it was a Christmas present and first use was February so I had not even bc attempted to return. . I GREATLY appreciate this level of customer service.we will use the bag this weekend. . Having a working zipper is a must. This is a great bag- all that you will need if looking at this style! It’s huge and holds a lot. The insulated/cooler pocket is great too! Origibal review-I like the bag a lot, but the zipper will not pull together no matter what we do. I am past the return time, so my only option is to order a ~5 foot zipper, rip out the current one, and sew new one back in . NOT ideal right of the bat for a $200 bag. And I am not a professional seamstress, but need the bag so I guess Ill figure it out.

> 3 dayThe bag seems sturdy, and set up was straight forward. However, the metal rings on the outside of the bag are rusted. The joints that hold the sidebars inside the bag are misplaced on one end. The joints on the top end of the bag are two inches lower than the joints on the bottom end of the bag. This makes the side bars toward the top end cross the zipper/top of the side pouches. This does not seem to affect the functionality of the bag that much, but it is odd and disappointing.

> 3 dayPre-pandemic, I traveled very VERY extensively, often for long periods at a time, and I was constantly re-inventing my luggage solutions, wishing it were still perfectly acceptable to go every accompanied by a steamer trunk or two. This thing is the 21st century’s answer to the steamer trunk! It’s absolutely giant when you open it up but it has so many clever pockets everywhere that, as long as you remember the pockets, you’ll be able to keep everything wrangled and organized. There’s an insulated pocket on the front that’s big enough for snacks and beverages and a few other little things you might want to keep chilled. All the interior pockets are mesh so you can see through them and things have a better chance of drying out. There’s another large exterior pocket that you could use for shoes or something similar. I use it for sunglasses and belts (it’s padded and you can lock all the zippers). All the poles for the frame and garment rack (YES, FRAME and GARMENT RACK!! WHAT?!?!?!) come together in a little bag that you’ll probably lose within the first 19 minutes or so of having it. The frame slide/snaps/locks in really easily and it feels quite secure. The upright poles for the garment rack are a little feisty but you can lock them into place to avoid that. The rack is pretty strong as well, even if the locking mechanisms seem a little questionable. They do hold and hold it all well! It’s pretty amazing the sheer volume this thing has yet, with all the pockets and such, it doesn’t turn into a crazy clothes heap right away. And, because it just wasn’t quite enough: And, as if that weren’t enough, it tips up onto its bum wherein a telescoping handle can be extracted and then you can just drag the thing behind you pretty much anywhere and everywhere. AND, if that still isn’t quite enough, it has handles galore so you can push, pull, cajole, shimmy, slide, toss, or heave it into the nooks and crannies of your wee vehicle. The choice is yours! Just be sure you bring plenty of extra hangers and don’t say you haven’t been warned about the potential jealousy and even that is certain to follow you everywhere, especially when you do something as extraordinary as pulling a garment rack out of your amazing rolling luggage.

> 3 dayI have 2 competitive dancers and we have been using duffels and garment bags for our competitions. Finally decided to pull the trigger on a bag like this with a garment rack. This bag was priced well below the other comparable brands on the market (Dream Duffle, Glamr Gear, etc.) so I was not sure what to expect. It arrived and I set it up...set up was relatively easy. Not sure my teenage dancers will be able to set up on their own...but I almost always accompany them to their dressing room and set up their area anyway so not a huge issue. The bag is very structurally sturdy and the garment rack held 12 costumes easily. Could probably hold at least 4-6 more. I have not used this in the wild yet but our first competition is this weekend so if there are any issues, I will update my review. So far, so good. Also, the company sent a free name tag that velcros to the top of the bag which I thought was a very nice extra. And lastly, communication from the company was excellent. Very timely replies to my emails. UPDATE: We have used this for a competition and I am happy to say that it was awesome. Easy to set up, sturdy, and held everything we needed it too. Lots of extra pockets for storage and separating shoes from costumes. For the difference in price from the very expensive brands, I would highly recommend this one.

> 3 dayGot this bag for my daughter for Christmas she didnt use it until the end of March 2023. After using only once I noticed that the fabric on top of the bag by the zipper was separating causing a huge rip on it. Nothing heavy was placed on the top, and no one sat on it. Only used for its purpose.
