We ordered this bag over a year ago and this season my daughter accidentally put the top crossbar down incorrectly and it snapped. I contacted the company to see about replacement parts. They sent me not one, but two replacement cross bars at no additional charge. This company really cares about dancers and their teachers. Their bag is half the price of a dream duffel and we have loved it. Love the sturdy zippers and the insulated pouch to store food and drink which is nice for those long competition days. This is my first garment bag like this, so I cant say I knew what to expect. But this was really heavy and bigger than the typical duffle bag. Its good that it comes with a handle and wheels to roll it. I dont see this breaking anytime soon, thats for sure! But if the metal part ever breaks and we werent able to fix it or get it fixed, Id have to toss this. Its too heavy and big to use as a regular duffle bag.

Just received this product and the d rings are rusted , poor quality control.

I ordered this bag because my son is in 8 dance competitions this season, and with 4 costume changes we needed something to help keep it all together. I am really impressed! The quality is great and the size is perfect. Lots of pockets for storing shoes and accessories, huge center compartment to pack everything in, and the rack is tall enough to hang his costumes. I love the pull out handle and wheels for portability as well. Cons- it’s a little heavy and the rack is more complicated to put together than I was hoping. But the pros far outweigh the cons here. We are going to use the heck out of this bag!!!

I was very disappointed, because after using only one time it was leaning to the side. Then when I tried to set it up for the second time, it broke.

This trolley luggage bag is suitable for the costumes of the show. It can hold the costumes of the show and many props and cosmetics. I think this is a useful duffel bag, although it is heavy, but it better protects and preserves important gig costumes.

I bought this for both of my daughters to share for dance competitions. It has been very durable and has plenty of storage. I had some issues with the bars and reached out to the company. The customer service was excellent ~ I received a response over the weekend and they were very attentive to make sure I had what I needed.

The bag is tough, but the bars dont line up the stitching is off. Nothing lines up.
