Returning. Just opened and Rusted with mold and terrible smell.

Perfect bag for competitions fits all of my daughters costumes, shoes, makeup, snack you name it it fits. And the customer service has been amazing.

My daughter is a competitive dancer. I bought the bag for her recitals and competitions. With the instruction, it is pretty easy to put together and disassemble. The material seems durable and the bag can fit many costumes. There are quite a few pockets on the outside and inside of the duffel bag. It is little bit heavy because of its steel tubings but it is reasonable. Definitely worth the money.

Im not sure why this is marketed for just dancers but it has been work great on my business trips. The bag is water resistant. The hanger rack is super easy to assemble and disassemble. It packs up nicely into the bag. The bag is very spacious. I am able to fit 3 days worth of work and play clothes easily. Very nice bag for whatever you may need it for.

The bag seems sturdy, and set up was straight forward. However, the metal rings on the outside of the bag are rusted. The joints that hold the sidebars inside the bag are misplaced on one end. The joints on the top end of the bag are two inches lower than the joints on the bottom end of the bag. This makes the side bars toward the top end cross the zipper/top of the side pouches. This does not seem to affect the functionality of the bag that much, but it is odd and disappointing.

This just delivered so it hasnt been officially used yet. I wanted to put it together and test it out. Its for my daughters dance competitions. So far Im excited about it as Ill be the one hauling everything and itll be easier on my arms (I struggle with pain). After taking the bars down and zipping it up I wanted to just wheel it around to test it and I noticed one of the rings was stuck to the fabric. I peeled it off and it was rusted and the other rings have rust as well, just not as bad as this one. I have cleaned it off the bag as much as possible, but it still has orange on it when I wipe it off. I havent cleaned the rings yet as Im not sure how I should. So thats a little annoying, but all around I think this is still a good bag. Again, I have not fully used it yet.

We love this bag!! The pieces for the rack go together smoothly and quickly. The construction of the bag is excellent and sturdy. Customer service has been excellent and quick to reply as well.

I was really excited to order this for my girls’ dance recital. While assembling it, I noticed that on one side of the support brackets, where you insert the telescoping bars, the top brackets were different on each side. This did not allow the bar to go through the top bracket on ONE side. The other side the bar went through the top bracket easily. The item looks great and would love to use it but will be unable to do so for this event. Unfortunately, I will have to return.
