> 3 dayThe bag seems sturdy, and set up was straight forward. However, the metal rings on the outside of the bag are rusted. The joints that hold the sidebars inside the bag are misplaced on one end. The joints on the top end of the bag are two inches lower than the joints on the bottom end of the bag. This makes the side bars toward the top end cross the zipper/top of the side pouches. This does not seem to affect the functionality of the bag that much, but it is odd and disappointing.

> 3 dayWe love the large duffel bag! It offers wonderful storage for skating and dance costumes. Plenty of room for dance shoes, skates, tights and a makeup case. The garnet hanger keeps all the costumes neatly organized and it’s very portable!!

After using only once I noticed that the fabric on top of the bag by the zipper was separating causing a huge rip on it. Nothing heavy was placed on the top, and no one sat on it. Only used for its purpose.

I had read another review about reaching out directly to the company so I gave it a try. The customer service responded very quickly and after a quick review they offered to replace the bag. It is so nice to have a company stand behind their product. It’s a great size bag for my 2 dancers and the fabric seems very durable. It collapses very nicely for storage also.

> 3 dayPay attention to the negative reviews! My bag came totally misaligned. The components that hold the poles that keep the bag together were attached to a lining. That lining was sewn in completely crooked making it impossible to securely assemble the bag. You’re better off just springing $50-$100 more to have a sturdy, usable bag. Whatever you do, do not buy this one. Amazon made it right, but this seller’s merchandise is defective and shouldn’t be sold on this platform.
