I take a few things for my digestive issues: marshmallow, licorice, slippery elm and l-glut, so it’s hard to tell - if I’m doing well - what is responsible. Since I’ve had good days using zinc I guess it’s not hurting - and probably helping.

I haven’t been taking these for too long but so far I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. I just make sure I take these with food in order to avoid an upset stomach. I also take copper along with zinc to make sure my copper levels don’t drop. The pills are small and easy to swallow so don’t be afraid to purchase them.

I dont like to take pills, Ive always had trouble swallowing large pills or capsules. These and tiny. Zero taste. They dont make me nauseous like other zinc products can. I can tell when I dont have them. I am on autoship, I cant be without

I gave these a try knowing that other reviews said that doctors like the brand as well. These pills do not give me nausea. They also have controlled my acne. I have been taking these with vitamin A 5000iu to help. Zinc is amazing. Update! 10/8/2020 My hormonal acne is cured!

Taking this with a vitamin C during this pandemic. Not sure if it is working or not. What I like about it, is I have a hard time swalling pills, and this is easy- small capsule. We take 1 a day.
