Small capsule so its really easy to swallow. No flavor, and absorbency should be excellent considering it has a thin capsule covering.

Easy to swallow

Our allergy season has fallen on us. I am a senor and each year it is harder to block the drainage and sniffles. I start early with the zinc to reduce the affects of allergy or cold. Be Safe.

We all know Zinc is important, Im not sure about 30 mg. Ive taken 15 mg in the past & will probably go back to that bc I take other vitamins that contain zinc. Very small capsule & easy to swallow. Good brand.
