Greater than one weekI gave these a try knowing that other reviews said that doctors like the brand as well. These pills do not give me nausea. They also have controlled my acne. I have been taking these with vitamin A 5000iu to help. Zinc is amazing. Update! 10/8/2020 My hormonal acne is cured!

> 3 dayOur allergy season has fallen on us. I am a senor and each year it is harder to block the drainage and sniffles. I start early with the zinc to reduce the affects of allergy or cold. Be Safe.

> 3 dayFirst off, I never write a review unless the product truly works for me. After research I discovered that Zinc works well for adult acne. Ive been suffering with acne now for approximately 6-9 months. Been to the dermatologist, tried several cleansers, supplements, and nothing seemed to work. I chose this company based upon the good reviews and the fact that no one was given the product just to write a review. Please note that I took my first pill on Tuesday (11-08-2016) and woke up this morning with 3 pimples completely gone. Yes, over night my pimples were gone!!!!! Im so happy to have finally found something that will work with my acne prone skin.
