> 3 dayJust remember to put a little grease on the pin and in the spacer sleeve and then just a few hits with a hammer and youre done. I used marine grease, but any grease should work just fine

> 3 dayThey are heavy for what they are, appear to be good stock and well made. I do not foresee any issues with these down the road. Definitely worth the money.

Greater than one weekAfter installing hitch lights on my truck I need a way to reach behind them to hook up my trailer chains. In the pictures I have attached you can see why I needed them. The hitch lights made it impossible to get to the holes on the hitch slide. I did have a little trouble getting the locking pin through the connector link. Installing them is defiantly a 2 person job. Other than that great product. By adding the Connecting link I am now able to hook my trailer chains to them. I also love the red color because all the ascents on my truck are red and they tie into my color scheme nicely.

> 3 dayAfter purchasing a Ford F-250 and realizing you cannot hook safety chains correctly to the hitch, this is your fix. Easy installation and put your mind at ease while towing.

> 3 dayI am using these for tow chain hookups for my 2017 F250 I have a Class 5 receiver and its too big to hold my regular safety chains. The product showed up on time and seems to be very strong, (they are rated at 12,000 LBS). I went with Red and they look good on my truck. Looks like the paint on the shackle will hold up well. You need a hammer to install the pin through the holes once you line up the piece that is included in the order. I tow a number of utility trailers and a couple of boats. Nothing I tow is over 10,000 LBS. I will add to this review if there are issues. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

> 3 dayThese are easy to install but be prepared to really smack the pin through. I found it helpful to use a punch on the back side as a guide to help keep the shackle, pin, and center piece all lined up - then bang the hell out of the pin until it pushes the punch out of the way and settles into place.

> 3 dayPerfect for trailer chains. Not sure why there are so many reviews that they are hard to install took literally five seconds each side.
