Good price for what you get. I am using it mainly for cable crossovers for to finish my at home chest routine and for active stretching my tight hip flexors and back. The velcro strap holds up well and I can do every side of the stretch to relieve my hip and back tension. I recommend it.

The bands are as described. They are good quality resistance bands. Strong enough for my 220 lbs husband. We have been using them for a while and they are keeping its promise of long lasting resistance.
