This is a great set and has plenty of resistance variety. The quality is very sturdy and the handles are comfortable. The door hold works well and I dont worry about it smacking me in the face - just make sure the door shuts well :). Overall a great product for some at-home resistance training! The bands are as described. They are good quality resistance bands. Strong enough for my 220 lbs husband. We have been using them for a while and they are keeping its promise of long lasting resistance.
