Bought these to help my son with strength training for baseball as well as to change up my own workout routine every so often. Needless to say they did not disappoint. My son went from being in the bottom 1/4 of the team in arm strength to the top 4 in about a month. Started out with the minimum 10 pound and worked up to 20 using some of the exercises included on the sheets as well as ones we found online. The bands themselves are made of durable rubber and easily take up to the repetitive motion stress we put them to. Weve secured them on fences, around posts, and stood on them without any damage occur to the tube or the grips. Ive used them to change up my chest, arm, and leg workout and havent felt a burn like that in quite some time. The ability to clip on my weight without having to swap handles greatly speeds up my transitions while working out. They worked so well that I bought a pair for my neighbor as he kept stealing mine! On our way to beach ready thanks to these bands! I HIGHLY recommend them.

These set of resistance bands were a great addition to my workouts at home. If you find that any single band is too easy, I recommend using multiple bands to get the extra resistance for a challenging and flexible home workout!

The bands are as described. They are good quality resistance bands. Strong enough for my 220 lbs husband. We have been using them for a while and they are keeping its promise of long lasting resistance.

This is a great set and has plenty of resistance variety. The quality is very sturdy and the handles are comfortable. The door hold works well and I dont worry about it smacking me in the face - just make sure the door shuts well :). Overall a great product for some at-home resistance training!
