These are some of the best bands you can buy for their price. They are very durable and come with a nice print out for different kinds of exercises that can be done with them! The ability to add more bands to make more weight is wonderful so that I can keep scaling up when i need to!

Free weights are great and offer the consistent resistance you want. As for versatility, you cant beat some good bands. The range of motion is often better than free weights. But the best part is dropping a band wont break your toe or break something else. Travels better than a 25er in your carry-on...and get less looks from TSA.
