Rio Grande Games Dominion Adventures Game Gold

Was sent the wrong game. I received Intrigue instead of Adventures. So I paid $2 more than what Intrigue would cost. Not worth the $2 to go through the hassle of sending it back. Very disappointed.

I love all the Dominion Expansions!

I love Dominion, Adventures is not their best expansion though.

This, along with Renaissance, are my two favorite dominion expansions(and I own all of them). A big part of why I personally love this set so much is the wide variety of interesting mechanics, but I can see why that might make it less appealing to others, who maybe find everything a bit too much to take in. I personally had no problems learning it, but I gave it four stars, because my love of such things makes it much easier for me to learn, than the average person, who doesnt necessarily *want* to immediately be an expert in the set.

I’ve only played it a couple of times so far but this Adventures expansion is the most bonkers expansion I’ve played so far. If you want to make dominion crazier with giants and magic and truly wild combos this is the one to go with.

Great addition to an already great game... Only problem is I stink at the game.

Fun game. Ive never played games like this before but my son loves them and is a food teacher.

Does Adventures add anything worthwhile to Dominion? Is the artwork less goofy than some of the Guilds cards? Can this be enjoyed by newbies to the game?

First things first, this expansion is fantastic. Adventures is packed with so many new cards and concepts that it puts all of the other expansions to shame in terms of sheer bang-for-your-buck. If you are a fan of Dominion then you will not be disappointing with this set. That being said, there are still some pros and cons.
