> 3 dayI ordered the Tropical Teal dye for synthetics to dye some fabric shower curtains for my new classroom. I got the dye today and the outside of the bottle was the perfect shade! Unfortunately, when I dyed my shower curtains (all 6 of them), they came out electric blue! I am so disappointed because I thought I found the perfect color. I’m not sure if the dye I received was mislabeled or if “Tropical Teal” is actually just supposed to be electric blue.

> 3 dayEven though this product is made to dye clothing, it actually works really well when dyeing wigs for cosplay. Definitely going back to this brand for future comic con endeavors!

> 3 dayI had bought a white bikini which of course I stained the first time I wore it and no matter what I did the stain would not come out. Someone suggested I tie dye the bikini and I bought this and the color is amazingly rich and the process was so simple. I loved this so much that I actually bought another bikini to dye pink

> 3 dayI have 3 expensive equestrian undergarments for sports that only come in rather ugly or very faded colors. So far I have dyed two of them, one navy blue and the other teal. They took the dye so well! If I could do it over, I wouldnt have dyed them so dark. Lighter of both would have been even better, but past experience with dyes has always been not enough that remained. I used salt and vinegar with both, dont know if thats why it dyed so well. Now I can wear like-colored pickleball tops and not have to worry about straps showing, YAY! Cant wait to dye the last one pink.

> 3 dayI did not like having to stand over a boiling pot for 30 minutes stirring. I stirred it every few minutes and I guess it was enough because the synthetic cushion covers for my patio frniture turned out perfect!

> 3 dayRit Dye is the best & I have used it for years. It works great in a top loader but not as good in a front loader but that makes sense because you are suppose to prepare the clothes by wetting them, mix the color well (cant do that in a front loader) Then take the wet coth or clothes and put them in the washer with the prepared dye. Let them agitate and then turn off and let them soak in the dye. You cant do any of that in a front loader. If you follow those steps and add either some White apple cider vinegar to make the dye stay, or the additive Rit makes called Rit Color Stay Dye Fixative the color will turn out great. I used a front loader once, only option available at the time, and it came out spotted tiedye looking. Dont do it. Use a top loader and you will love it.
