Greater than one weekAfter exchanging the first one that was shipped because the top was bowed, I was disappointed to see the second one has the same issue. Figuring it would probably be fine once we had stuff in it, I let it go. With COVID restricting travel, it took awhile for me to actually get to use this. I liked the smooth wheels and the separate front zippered part for my laptop. (Honestly, that’s the feature that drew me to this model in the first place.)

> 3 dayIt is advertised that there is a USB charging port but there is not one. I would not have gone with this model if this were true. However, now I’m stuck with this because I leave in 2 days. Not happy with the misleading/false advertisement of the product.

> 3 dayJust arrived so no data on storage, etc yet. But the notes about issues with the drop down computer compartment appear to have been resolved. I pushed on the interior of the bad trying to simulate overpacking and could not observe any issues. Bought the unit due to stricter carry-on criteria do we shall see how it works out since we are going to Europe with no checked bags due to recent bag carrier issues.

> 3 dayIm writing this review based on first impressions as I havent traveled with it yet. It is a real beauty and seems very sturdy or at least as sturdy as one might hope while keeping the weight manageable. I had an original question about how big a laptop the case would accommodate since the product description was incredibly vague. In answer to my own question, it easily holds my LG Gram 16 Convertible in its foam sleeve and it seems as though it would handle the 17 version of this computer but without the additional sleeve. An employee at Level8 sent me a picture of his 16 MacBook Pro fitting into the provided pocket. So, if you have a modern slim laptop you are probably good to go.

> 3 dayWhen it came just didn’t like the case at all and didn’t want to spend THAT much money if I didn’t like it AND scratches easily just walked up the stairs to pack it and noticed white scratches from our walls? Used a mr clean sponge to clean it

> 3 dayI travel allot for work and went through the gambit of what are the best products out there especially discussing with my senior co-workers on what they have used or use. This brand Level8 is hands down the best product available. The look and functionality are key. If a I have a 1 night trip I only will use this suitcase but 2 nights or more this suitcase and Level8 book bag are key. Don’t just take my word for it but the product and I will say your welcome in advance.

> 3 dayComplete garbage. Soooo flimsy. This is a very, very cheaply made item. Good design and looks great, but quality is terrible and won’t last. Just pay the extra and get Away luggage or a reputable brand.

> 3 dayI find this carry-on to be too small. It is only good for a two-day trip. I like the way it is laid out, but everything is small and wont hold all that much.
