This could be a great suitcase, but it is let down by its handle, you know, the part of the suitcase that MUST be good since you are grabbing it all the time. Unfortunately, this handle sucks. It is boxy and has right angles, not contoured to your hand at all, you MUST grab it directly from the top, it is very uncomfortable to grab it from the side, or at a slight angle like you would when pushing the suitcase in front of you down the isle of the plane. Please look at a Travelpro suitcase handle and you will see what I mean. LEVEL8, please make the handle better for grabbing from all angles like other suitcase makers do. As it is, I am returning and getting a travelpro hardcase instead as a result of the handle.

I really like how slim and modern this luggage is. However, I’m writing this review because the customer service goes above beyond expectations. One of the pieces broke off my luggage and without any questions, they had sent me a replacement in less than a week. I would recommend this bag not only because it’s a great bag, but you can depend on their customer service if you ever run into any problems with the bag.

Im writing this review based on first impressions as I havent traveled with it yet. It is a real beauty and seems very sturdy or at least as sturdy as one might hope while keeping the weight manageable. I had an original question about how big a laptop the case would accommodate since the product description was incredibly vague. In answer to my own question, it easily holds my LG Gram 16 Convertible in its foam sleeve and it seems as though it would handle the 17 version of this computer but without the additional sleeve. An employee at Level8 sent me a picture of his 16 MacBook Pro fitting into the provided pocket. So, if you have a modern slim laptop you are probably good to go.

Wow these wheels are magic! After changing so many carry on in the past, this one worth every $

I love the front pocket for my notebook and laptop. The left inside pockets I love. The right side I do not. The bars of the wheel protrude into the compartment and takes up space. If you’re going on a 1 or two night work stay this is great. If you’re going fit longer this is too small. The outside surface is holding up great after multiple overnight hospital stays. The wheels glide smooth snd the handle is sturdy.

I spend 200 days a year on the road. This new bag is exactly what I need for a carry that can take a weeks trip. Perfect

Nice to have as a replacement for my old carry-on.. a bit on the heavy side though even without anything yet loaded.. and prone to some scratches which is unavoidable..

So far I took only in one trip but so far very good quality and features

The Level 8 carry on is a incredibly bag to travel. I like the fact that it comes with TSA approved locks and separate space to put laptop or tablet. I will test the bag on my next trip!

Can fit everything, super easy to close, love the lock, love the front pocket for my laptop.
