I would have given this case 5 stars all the way BUT WHEN MEASURED it doesnt fit American or British Air carry-on limits. The description lies! I have to return it!

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to share my recent experience with this suitcase. I had to check in the bag at the gate of my terminal because I was the last group to board and the airline had run out of over the head space for luggage. When I went to get my checked bag, I noticed that one of the corners of the suitcase was dented and had a small crack. I took a picture and emailed Level 8 about the damage, and I received a new suitcase 2 days later. Fantastic customer service!

Really great design! Nice little carry on and pretty functional witch is great to travel with a computer!

So far so good, amazing luggage, light weight and strong. I will update more. Very strong so far.
