Hi, was happy to buy this carry on bag but after used one time ... the back scratched .... didnt expect this w an expensive one ... the quality was not on top w the price

I was so hopeful. But unfortunately, just did not hold up to extensive travel through airports every week. Was it light weight, absolutely. But here are a few points to consider…

Question to seller. Why you say it‘s carry on? This is carry on but not for all airlines. Most world airlines using 9x14x22=45”. Yours is not fit. It’s a on one inch more total measurement. Why should I worry about not being let through?

Recently carried this Level8 case on international United flights. It fit great (I did have to wiggle it into the more shallow bins but it worked). It is incredibly light and maneuvers wonderfully. I loved stacking a bag on top and it does not too over. It’s better to pack clothes directly into the case (sad bc I love my cubes). I gave a 4 because of this. Overall, it’s a great case.

sadly my “it” carry on gave up after10 year of heavy duty travel. after heavy consideration, I finally decided on a hard case on, it was love at first sight. After using it for a couple of a trips still loving it. Granted, it doesn’t hold as much as my old one, it’s perfect for international trips.

Loved the light weight and maneuverability! When it arrived I was afraid that it might not be sturdy enough because the material was slightly flexible, however it held up when I packed for a 14 day trip in this carry on! I don’t think I would subject it to checking though—no need. Even though I carried it on, it did get one scratch, which showed white through the blue shell. Not sure how to repair that.

When you put weight on it and a laptop bag, it will not move, I had to drag it in two wheels. I would not recommend it as a 1-week travel bag. Maybe if you are looking for 2-3 days worth of clothes. Not a good buy for me.

I love the front pocket for my notebook and laptop. The left inside pockets I love. The right side I do not. The bars of the wheel protrude into the compartment and takes up space. If you’re going on a 1 or two night work stay this is great. If you’re going fit longer this is too small. The outside surface is holding up great after multiple overnight hospital stays. The wheels glide smooth snd the handle is sturdy.

I really like how slim and modern this luggage is. However, I’m writing this review because the customer service goes above beyond expectations. One of the pieces broke off my luggage and without any questions, they had sent me a replacement in less than a week. I would recommend this bag not only because it’s a great bag, but you can depend on their customer service if you ever run into any problems with the bag.
