Just opened the suitcase today and noticed the exterior is very easily scratched like other reviews have mentioned before. I only opened it on our garage floor and already noticed scratches. Also due to the exterior compartment for laptop, the main compartment is more shallow than other suitcase of similar size. I will use my laptop bag on top of the suitcase of similar size instead.

Truly perfect. I can not imagine a way to improve it, other than if it could balance and attach on top of my checked baggage, but it is a little big for such anyway.

While it looks nice it feels flimsy. This is not a piece of luggage I would ever want to have to check for a flight. While I love the concept of both the front panel and main compartment both having locks I am doubtful that this will hold up very long. Disappointed at the quality for the cost.

I love the laptop compartment in this suitcase. Also, the space you got is great. It’s also secure with lock added. Great product for the price.

This could be a great suitcase, but it is let down by its handle, you know, the part of the suitcase that MUST be good since you are grabbing it all the time. Unfortunately, this handle sucks. It is boxy and has right angles, not contoured to your hand at all, you MUST grab it directly from the top, it is very uncomfortable to grab it from the side, or at a slight angle like you would when pushing the suitcase in front of you down the isle of the plane. Please look at a Travelpro suitcase handle and you will see what I mean. LEVEL8, please make the handle better for grabbing from all angles like other suitcase makers do. As it is, I am returning and getting a travelpro hardcase instead as a result of the handle.

This is worth the money! Its slick and modern looking, its well in a aircraft and the wheels move flawlessly. I liked it so much when I got home from vacation I bought the same one for my wife. The front is great for passports and boarding documents as it has a few compartments. The bag is big enough for 4 days worth of travel. Im very glade I bought this carry-on.

I loved this suitcase when I got it. Used plot on a weekend driving vacation. Excellent. 2nd trip, a flight to Hawaii, not so much. One half of the main compartment zipper came off it’s track and the suitcase is now unusable because the zipper slots into the lock. So now there is no way to lock this suitcase anymore. I tried to get the zipper back on the track, but the design prevents access to the end of the zipper where you would normally reattach a zipper. Even if I could reconnect it, I’d be worried about it breaking it open on a flight since the zipper tract has now been compromised.

Just arrived so no data on storage, etc yet. But the notes about issues with the drop down computer compartment appear to have been resolved. I pushed on the interior of the bad trying to simulate overpacking and could not observe any issues. Bought the unit due to stricter carry-on criteria do we shall see how it works out since we are going to Europe with no checked bags due to recent bag carrier issues.

I bought this suitcase as a birthday to my friend. He received it on the date of his birthday party. The trick part was that there was a smaller box inside of the outer box, which made him more excited to see what is inside. He loved the color and the design. I can tell the quality is very good.

Muy mal disenado en compartimento de adelante. Le quita espacio al interior y hace que la valija cierre deformada. No tiene fuelle expansor: gran error. el compartimento de adelante es literalmente inservible si la valija tiene cosas en su interior. Para usarlo la valija debe de estar vacia casi del lado de que se abre para poner estos objetos. No tuve tiempo de devolverla porque ya regresaba.no cumplio las expectativas para nada. Buenos candados, buenas ruedas, muy bien terminada Muy discreta. No cumple su propósito principal. Una lástima.
