Big bag was full of scratches and bends I had to return it even though I’m traveling two days from now, so disappointing!

This luggage does not hold up well as I was told by company reviews . I haven’t used this luggage but 3 times and know it destroyed.

Really pretty impressed. Taken on one cross country trip so far. Help up very nicely. The small bag comes with a lock which was a nice little surprise. The wheels work great and seem to be well made. The hard outer shell is not bullet proof, but do protect. I like that the smaller one stores inside the larger one. We got compliments on them at the airport and from family. We didnt need the expandable functions, but they both have it and I can see it coming in handy. The handles are sturdy and do not feel flimsy or like I have to be really careful with them. I would consider these a great value even at a higher price.

I purchased this item used and I am in love with the color and the function. I have not traveled yet so I cannot comment on durability. Brown is so vibrantly beautiful without being loud. I took off a star because the larger suitcase is missing a whole zipper. I expected the visible scuff marks (maybe not as many) but the missing zipper is not okay. The refurbished price was cheap enough to make the purchase worth it. You can see the larger suitcase is quite beat up. The carry on is absolutely perfect. There’s only one large scuff mark on the bottom where it cannot be seen. I will say I also purchased used Champagne color for my mother and hers came without any marks at all.

I bought this luggage for my 4 year old grandson for his Christmas 2022 present. My daughter went on their first vacation and used the luggage just this past last week. The smaller piece cracked and it will not be strong enough to use again on another airplane flight or for travel. I am very disappointed for the fact I am out of the return window of January 31 and my daughter will not be able to use it on future flights and vacations. I feel that it was a waste of money and a Christmas present for my grandson.

The inside zipper that keeps clothes in one side immediately ripped. The fabric is too thin and the zipper broke when packing. It was not overstuffed and had ample room still but the fabric ripped a large hole. The price seemed good - better than other stores for same pieces. But quality is not there. Rolls smoothly but I’m disappointed with it overall.

This suitcase set is not strong, it was dented when used for the first time

I looked all around town trying to find luggage for this price or even close. I could find a carry-on bag for less than $100 or a 24 suitcase for under $100, but not a 20 carry-on AND a 28 suitcase. I was skeptical about the quality based on the price, but after 4 flights in 2 weeks, this luggage is already worth it. It is sturdy and lightweight and holds up to being thrown around by baggage handlers. Because of trade show materials by bag was significantly overweight. Even with the extra weight, roundtrip, by suitcase wasnt phased. I purchased the black because I wasnt sure I could commit to any other color. I am very happy with my choice. I recommend these to everyone!

This is luggage is classy and elegant. I I hope it holds up quality wise. I will update.

Traveled only once via air and the handle will not lock in place and it is loose on the carry on. The larger one is more durable. The airlines were rough with the larger as I can see the marks but it held up well.
