04-06-2025The only way this would be better is if it autodetected when a device is unplugged and automatically shut down that port. I often forget to turn off the port after charging my decice. The indicator light is blue when on. The good news is the other ports are off unless I turn them on, reducing the power used. I have a similar device but it only has 1 master switch that kills the power to all 4 ports, whereas this device has 4 seperate on/off switches.

> 3 dayFirst one I have had no problems with. Works great so far and haven’t had any device drop offs when turning on more devices. Have filled it with all slots working with external drives and reliability and speed haven’t suffered at all. My only issue is that like lost devices of this size the cable weighs more then the device and you should secure to your desk to prevent any mishaps. I Fully recommend this device for Apple computers.

> 3 dayWorks perfectly with all of my accessories with zero issues. Have monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard connected to it and they all work as if they were connected directly to the computer.

> 3 dayI’ve had this device for a very long time, but only used it four or five times. This is because after the third time, it stopped working. Either it’s underpowered or it’s cheaply made.

> 3 dayThis appears to be a well made and well finished powered USB hub and works as it should. Ive only had it for a few days now but so far so good.

> 3 dayA small but effective extension to USB 3.0 for my PC. Everything worked. The power plug does NOT make a solids click. I have had to tape it to the USB cable To ensure it stays connected.

> 3 dayWorks great with my Raspberry Pi 4 on RetroArch. I used it to plug in my mechanical keyboard, which wouldnt power up normally using the Pi. When I plugged this in through this powered hub, it immediately gets the correct power and works like a champ. no more issues. Also, this is a solid piece of equipment, feels heavy and well build. I also like that I can turn off and on each individual port, in case I need to power something off without unplugging it.

> 3 dayThis is not more useful than a cheap, unpowered usb hub since even with the AC power adapter, your drives will click-click-click and be unable to spin up fully if there are more than 2 plugged in at once.
