This was a great add to my 5th wheel, had one on my last rig and loved it. Easy to install and program. Never have to take my keys to the pool again!

This is just such a quality product! We have been wanting to purchase this for about two years but going back and forth on cost. Finally just did it and I should have done it way sooner. It’s a solid door handle for one. This feels way better than the factory rv door handle. Also my husband and I are no longer looking for the lost rv key nor forgetting to grab it. The key pad is a huge game changer!

Very easy to install. Love the quick access for all with the code and no need for keys.

I got tired of always having to have a key with me when camping and leaving trailer to go on a bike ride. This lock was an exact replacement for my current 168VRB Sonic door. Easy installation and programming. Look forward to future use.

I liked that it was super simple to install. It me about 10 minutes to do from start to finish. Also, the lifetime warranty is great.

Installed this in about 10 minutes......but as of yet, cannot reset code.....pretty useless lock when unlock code is stuck on 1234. Lock seems well made but the instructions on the box were not correct and the revised directions supplied by customer service email also did not solve the problem. I never spoke with a person when attempting to call customer service number that is listed on web page. After a strangely long wait on hold I was given the option to leave my number to be called back in the order of my call....never got a call back I have sent another email....will see if the company responds effectively to get my issue resolved. So far....not impressed. It is hard to be enthusiastic for a product that doesnt seem to work as you expect it should. I will give it a few more days to get resolved....if customer service comes through and gets this working, I will update my review UPDATE: After being notified that the revised instructions did not resolve my problem, they promptly sent a new lock that was pre programmed it to my desired code. I installed the lock in about 10 minutes. It looks like a factory installation and works fine. The lock has been in service for a little over a week with no problems. It is really a handy upgrade from the old manual lock that had become a constant aggravation. My wife loves it. Although, the original faulty lock was a bit of an aggravation, the company responded to my issue promptly and efficiently. I am pleased with this purchase and more than satisfied with my customer service experience. I would not hesitate to buy another one. It took me a while to get around to installing this but, when I finally did, it was easier than I expected. I could have used a third hand at times, but I got through it. Besides the convenience and security of the keyless entry, the latch works a lot smoother and easier than the original lock that came with my trailer (2018 T@B 320). I found out after I purchased and installed the lock, that I can also get a new lock/latch for my cargo door that is keyed the same as my door lock, which means that I can replace two keys with one.

We bought this unit for the convenience of locking and unlocking our trailer and not worrying about the keys. The install was straightforward and was very easy to program. I look forward to buying the BT module to the unit next. I would recommend this door lock if you had a travel trailer.
