Love this product. Super easy to install! Love leaving the camper to get out on the lake and not have to worry about losing keys. Just lock it and code back in when back.

No issues with the physical installation of the RV lock and door handle assembly. However, during code programming, the lock and internal electronics were not responsive. After a 20 minute troubleshooting conversation with the vendor, they offered to send out a replacement with no need to contact Amazon. I appreciated the quick resolution! I was able to remove the batteries to keep my trailer secure since I couldnt change the default key code setting.

Recent one of many purchases having bought an RV. No keys to worry about just grab your fob like the new vehicles have, hit lock and go. Im so glad I made this purchase and already proved its worth although a little more spendy when wanting two fobs instead of just one keep a lookout for it to be on sale on Amazon or purchase the one fob option. You will really enjoy and appreciate this once youve made the change, Oh and its so easy to install, no wiring to worry about just needs battery and reminder on your phone to change it following the manual instructions on how often to make sure your not shut out with dead battery!

There is nothing to dislike about this product the design was wonderful strudy like the fact I use the pob to unlock my door at night when I get home I feel more secure than before well worth the money

We bought this unit for the convenience of locking and unlocking our trailer and not worrying about the keys. The install was straightforward and was very easy to program. I look forward to buying the BT module to the unit next. I would recommend this door lock if you had a travel trailer.

Wow, wish I knew about this door lock sooner. My husband said since the install looked so easy, he asked me to install and give him the code when I was done…. 15 minutes later…”Honey, here’s the code!”

Stopped working and locked us out after only 4 months. Not worth the money and fear of not being able to get inside to get our pets, our belongings. Key fob stopped working after maybe a month and a half. Neither work. Have replaced batteries three times in the pathetically 4 months we’ve owned it. We are full time. Brand new rig.. this should NOT be faulty. SCARY being locked out.. not reliable AT ALL! Do NOT recommend.

I just received and installed my new V4 RV lock. Arrived on time, package is excellent. Product fit well and came with all necessary pieces. One mistake that was completely user error: when I tried to pre fit the lock I dropped the metal plate on the inside of the door and could not retrieve it. However, the old metal plate fit with a minor adjustment. Programming was simple and easy to explain, my 12 year old son did all the programming and was able to explain it to me in less than 5 mins. RV lock also had great videos and the QR codes are easy to use, especially the 99 year warranty!

We have loved having this lock and have found the usefulness is well worth the purchase. However, recently I had a problem with the key after having owned the lock for some time. I called and spoke to Courtney who was not only cordial, understanding, and professional, but she also quickly honored the lifetime* warranty and resolved my issue rapidly. I would highly recommend them for their product and service!
