Speed, value and reliability were the reasons I purchased this drive with the heat sink and I have been very happy with the performance of this SSD. I am not using it on a gaming PC but based on the specs and the fact its a Gen4 PCI SSD Im sure it will serve a gamer well.

Great and fast. Best for long term storage. Lots of people have an aversion to qlc, but as a storage drive of photos that I occasionally edit, its fantastic. Realistically I checked my plan ssd, that Ive had for two years now and Im barely at a quarter of the equivalent life that a qlc drive is rated for. If youre doing heavy constant rendering, this isnt for you, everyday use with large files: pretty great and fast.

No dislikes; works well and fast

Blazing fast. I get Windows 8.1 to boot under ten seconds. On Linux, it loads nearly instant. This SSD makes the bios seems slow. Lighting fast with plenty of space. After being formatted and OS installed, you get about 3.5TB, but every drive needs to be formatted so space will always be slightly lower.

Im running on PCI-E 3.0 (Asus Zenith Board with AMD 2950x) and it still beats the socks off of my Western Digital 4Gb spinning disc! Worthwhile purchase (especially if your MOBO supports PCI-E 4.0)!

Very fast! I mean it should be and it is. Install was pretty easy. Thankfully no issues with acronis and was able to clone the Samsung 830 boot drive to this one and shut down / unhook original boot drive reboot, bios tweek and viola windows 10 started as normal with all the software working, albeit faster.

Works and performs as expected.

This is the first addon storage like this Ive ever installed. I had issues as I tried to install it in my tower while the tower was upright. With the cooler on the stick it wasnt to difficult. Once I laid the tower down I had the stick installed in less than 30 seconds. Works great as my storage drive on my gaming computer.

Very easy to install. Best one that I could find with 2tb storage and 4th gen for the money.
