08-06-2025Delivery is quick, as expected from Amazon. When I opened the bearings there was a rancid smell that came from the bearings. That indicates that the grease has run pass it life. When I try to spin the bearing it was not smooth. When I touch the bearing, there was a sticky feel to it. I may have gotten the old bearing instead of their newer ones.

> 3 dayVERY Noisy and Rough. I seriously question the ABEC-7 rating. I got these because they were low cost, and you get what you pay for. As other reviewers noted, they come in plastic tubes of 10, and are coated in sticky grease. I wiped them clean, flushed them thoroughly with PB Blaster, 3-in-1 oil, air tool oil, WD-40.... they spin freely but feel very rough and are noisy. Rolling them in my fingers I can feel the roughness and I even go so far to say that it feels like there is dirt inside, they catch occasionally and are that rough. These will probably be a good solution for slow speed applications where noise and smoothness is not a concern. For smoother, higher speed operation, and quietness, Im going to spend a few more $ next time. I have the same size bearings from another manufacturer which were a higher cost, but there is a night and day difference in quality. Ill be saving these for something unimportant and testing purposes only. Nothing I build can accept this poor of quality for more than a brief period.

> 3 dayI bought these to replace old bearings in my bandsaw guides. They work fine, though I did have one in the package with substandard machining and you could feel friction when spinning it. I tossed that one and the rest were good.

> 3 daySome bearings roll smoother than others. Most of them are pretty stiff but you can oil them for some decrease in friction. The plus is the diametric tolerances are pretty good according to my calipers. OD 22 +.04 -.04, ID 8 +.03 -.05 which is great and they work great for my low speed purposes

> 3 dayThese came pretty sticky thanks to whatever grease they oack them with, not sure I can actually use these for anything than a filament guide for a 3d printer, like most have said here it seems some cleaning and wd40 goes a long way but jt doesnt make up for it and if you dont own wd40 for some reason then youl have to spend more money on a can of that first before using them.

> 3 dayI used these bearings in a 3D print project and they are exactly what I wanted.

> 3 dayInexpensive option for non performance related projects where the bearing must spin but does not need to spin freely/loosely (ex a carousel vs a fidget spinner). -- 100% worked for what I needed but will likely look for a different freer spinning bearing on my next purchase.

> 3 dayPros: - Cheap - Comes with shipping oil to keep out any grit/grime Cons: - The QC is awful I purchased two packs of these to use for a project and found that 10 of the 40 bearings had issues. Many were minor such as small dents/dings in the shields, but there were a few where the entire inner or outer bearing piece has been chewed to bits. If youre going to buy these, make sure you buy extras since about a quarter of them might be faulty. Since this was fulfilled by Amazon, Im unable to contact the seller for replacements and dont want to return the rest. Still three stars though, you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayPurchased these for use with my 3D printer, filament spool attachments. These worked great. Nicely sealed, lightly oiled and in a nice reusable container.
