I wish I had read more of the reviews. These are packed in such heavy grease that they are practically impossible to use out-of-the-box. They do not spin freely. Some reviewers have said this is actually preferable for industrial use. That may be. The product name says Skateboard Bearings and they are unusable for that purpose. Others say to take degreaser to these bearings and re-lubricate them. Again, that might be fine for some folks, but I bought a product, not a project. These are going straight in the trash and Ill buy free-spinning bearings from a local skate shop.

These are nice bearings, but despite the positive feedback, DO NOT use these for fidgets. I bought these so I could 3D print some spinners and resell them but these were just spinning disappointments. I gave 4 stars because this is advertised for skating, not fidgeting.

works in a lot of prints for 3d printers. i used to add to prints for a mount for the filament spools and a filament feed guide. greatly reduces tugging and grabbing and i have plenty of extras!

I love these for 3d prints! They dont spin forever like a fidget spinner would, but then again they shouldnt. The grease is viscous enough to prevent free/loose movement on the filament holder that I printed. If these spun easily and for a long time, I would have tangled filament! I suppose the grease could be replaced if you need a longer spinning bearing, but you might be better off getting another product.

They work as designed and were cheap, used in a 3d printed project.

I bought these to use for 3D prints instead of skateboarding, so my review doesnt necessarily reflect their intended use. Ive noticed for about half of these bearings, they tend to bind up and stop spinning at lower speeds. And they dont come with any greese or oil in them as far as I can tell. Ive sprayed silicone lubricant in them and that seems to make some of them work better, but most of the problem bearings still bind up at low speeds. They all function, but if you want extremely smooth and reliable bearings, Id suggest you look somewhere else. They functioned just fine for my project, but I think the quality control could be better.

Currently using one as part of a 3D printed stabilizer for my Z-axis on my Ender 3. Its the perfect fit allows rotation and little wobble. Printing has been going a bit faster and cleaner.

I read a lot of reviews stating they dont spin very well. This is 100% true. When you get them, they are gummy. A spray of WD40 and working them a bit will have them spinning nicely in no time. I dont use them for whatever they were manufactured for, so I cant say if they are good for whatever that is, but for hobby projects or 3D printed stuff, they work swimmingly.

I purchased these to use in 3D printed components. Many reviewers commented on how they dont spin freely and some feel gritty. Bearings are made to bear a load and allow it to spin smoothly, and for this they work fine. I am using them for 3D printed projects and havent been disappointed yet. For skating I would recommend spending more and buying a set of quality skate bearings - I have a set of quality skate bearings Ive been rolling on since 2012 (~8 years now). Youll feel the low quality with every roll, I wouldnt count on these to either last as long or be anywhere near as quick and smooth as name-brand skate bearings, but theyre significantly cheaper and almost disposable while still offering a relatively frictionless roll compared to plastic-on-plastic that keeps my designs from wearing out prematurely.

This 608ZZ shielded 8x22x7 miniature ball bearing is a single-row bearing for supporting radial loads. The bearing is made of carbon steel for durability and resistance to deformity under heavy loads, and is shielded to keep lubricant in and contaminants out.
it has a revolutions per minute (RPM) limit of 34,000 with grease lubrication. The dimensions of this bearing make it suitable for use in skateboards, inline skates, and scooters, among others. These bearings come in a pack of 20.
Rolling bearings use rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. These elements can be one of the following types: ball, cylindrical, spherical, barrel, needle, spindle, or
tapered. All rolling bearings are open, shielded, or sealed. Sealed bearings are lubricated with oil or grease in the bearing factory, while open and shielded bearings are meant to be lubricated in place, with periodic reapplication of lubrication, based on use. The
shield protects the working parts of the bearing from environmental debris that may be introduced and could reduce the ball bearing speed and lifespan. Rolling bearings are used in a range of applications from agricultural machinery to conveying equipment, robotics,
dental equipment, elevators, rolling mills, ship rudder shafts, and aggregate crushers, among others.
