This a wonderful, realistic vinyl set of the life cycle of a Monarch butterfly. These are sturdy pieces I can let little hands explore safely, and the colors are accurate and bright. Exactly what I was hoping it would be!

I used this replica of the butterfly life cycle with my students. Very realistic to the real thing. Great for hands on.

I purchased this along with three other life cycle sets from Safari Ltd. The items themselves all look great and very realistic. However after only ten minutes at our sensory table the students had snapped the chrysalis off of the branch. I was so disappointed, and now very leary to put out the other units. I would have expected these to more durable. Telling the students to look but dont touch defeats the purpose altogether.

My 5 year old is obsessed with butterflies and their life cycle, and pretty much everything about them.. so when he received this gift he was ecstatic!!
