I like that it has options for securing to wall or to TV table/cabinet. Keeping little ones visiting safe. TV could still fall backward I guess but wont fall forward. And theyre adjustable.

The straps are sturdy. The kit does not have the correct m8 bolt length for Samsung TV. If you secure to wall the kit also does not have any wall anchors . But it but be prepared for a trip to hardware store

This is a great concept except it is hard to attach to the wall with the furniture in front of the holes. The screws for the TV are all too big. It came with 3 different sizes and they are really fat! The hole for the strap to attach accommodates the big screws. So I had to place a washer there so the smaller screw wouldnt slip through. Please be aware that you will also need a stud finder as well. And a drill. As with anything heavy, it should be attached to studs to be safe. Anchors could pull through the drywall. I was ill prepared but maybe you dont have to be! All in all: It was hard to install. I am pretty handy and it was just little things here and there that were mentioned above. Once installed, it seems pretty sturdy and effective. Straps are thick. The part that attaches to the tv is plastic and thick, making it hard to find smaller screws that were long enough. Id say if it were thinner metal it would be better. But if the screws that come with it fit your tv.....you will have an easier time. It is also really hard to attach to the wall while it is also attached to the furniture AND TV. Takes a lot of adjusting! Luckily the straps are easy to adjust!

Traps is strong, but screws does not fit my 70 Samsung TV.

Had to get creative with this. I suspect its designed for very large TVs (50+). I used half of a strap to attach a 40 inch TV to the wall. Took a trip to the hardware store to get M4 screws short enough and had to use washers because the heads went thru the holes. In the end, it got the job done. A couple dollars on straps could save hundreds of a new TV and thousands on hospital bills.

Good product, but straps are too short to mount 85 inch tv to furniture.

never used, thought i would need them with a busy 2 yr old toddler but i didnt. the quality was good, i didnt try to install. i returned.

I was a bit skeptical about this. I have a 64 flat screen and I wanted to mount it above my electric fireplace. I have 13 year old and 5 year old boys who have a tendency to turn my living room into PPV wrestlemania circa 1996. The TV and fireplace have stayed perfectly still. Highly recommended kit for someone who doesnt want to mount the TV right to the wall.

We needed this to support our new 65 tv with tiny leg support. Cat loves to get on stv tand, and this will hopefully keep tv secure. Seems to work so far.
