> 3 dayThis is a great concept except it is hard to attach to the wall with the furniture in front of the holes. The screws for the TV are all too big. It came with 3 different sizes and they are really fat! The hole for the strap to attach accommodates the big screws. So I had to place a washer there so the smaller screw wouldnt slip through. Please be aware that you will also need a stud finder as well. And a drill. As with anything heavy, it should be attached to studs to be safe. Anchors could pull through the drywall. I was ill prepared but maybe you dont have to be! All in all: It was hard to install. I am pretty handy and it was just little things here and there that were mentioned above. Once installed, it seems pretty sturdy and effective. Straps are thick. The part that attaches to the tv is plastic and thick, making it hard to find smaller screws that were long enough. Id say if it were thinner metal it would be better. But if the screws that come with it fit your tv.....you will have an easier time. It is also really hard to attach to the wall while it is also attached to the furniture AND TV. Takes a lot of adjusting! Luckily the straps are easy to adjust!

> 3 dayI used this to anchor the television and the entertainment stand to the wall at the same time. Installation was pretty straightforward, with no major complications. Id been considering fastening the entertainment center to the wall separately using the fastener plate that came with it, but using this all-in-one kit ended up being a lot simpler and more flexible, so Im glad I went with that. My one-year-old loves to grab the flat-screen television and pull it toward him, so the straps have gotten a workout. They do loosen a bit eventually when pulled forcefully and repeatedly, but theyre easy to retighten, and with the straps in place, Ive never felt like my child is in any danger of toppling the television. The television I was anchoring was a Samsung F5300, and the included screws worked fine.

> 3 dayStraps and buckles are sturdy. You may need to get deeper screws separately depending on your TV.

22-11-2024Nothing bad to say about this product. We were nervous about our daughter pulling on the TV and these straps make it a much safer living room for her to explore in. We installed them in less than 10 minutes and the TV feels very secure now

> 3 dayNot sure how secure this is… the screws that are supposed to attach to the back of your entertainment center are pretty small and I can imagine they might strip out under pretty small loads. I swapped out for a larger screw I had on hand because I didn’t think those supported were sufficient.

> 3 dayI used this with only the anchors of the tv to my tv stand as it is a long heavy cabinet that I wouldn’t even be able to tip over. This strap successfully hold my tv and it’s stand to my tv cabinet so it will not topple over. I highly recommend this product. I feel secure with it and it has plenty of strap length to adjust for other size TVs or distances from the back of your stand.

> 3 dayWarning. This may be for all devices sold so just be aware. Given TVs can be attached to wall mounts, stands etc my concern may be me being over cautious and the TV manufacturers have very good protection for using a long screw. This particular device has all long screws. In general the TV mounting screw points have a bottoming feature. This feature is such that the screw will feel tight and stop further inserting of the screw. I have a thin (3/4 thick including the screen) TV typical today and is a 65 inch LG. I put the screws in finger tight and carefully used a screwdriver to snug up the screw. Do not heavily tighten the screw as you could break the plastic stop inside the hole that prevents you from damaging the TV screen/electronics. It is possible that you can not tighten the screw in a way that damages the TV I was just not willing to take that risk I would have preferred a shorter screw. With the screw snug the screw is so long I still have about 1/4 inch of the screw shaft showing but this should be fine its still secure (see picture). They should supply much shorter screws that are a length that can snug up the bracket and never risk damaging the TV thus my 4* rating.
