These are great to have on hand in case of emergency as well as for workout recovery. I live in a very hot climate and have labs that LOVE to play outside all summer. These taste like a super sour candy which some people love. I just prefer a chewable than another pill to swallow. Convenient and has helped with nighttime leg cramps.
