I just got it and so far I have used it on 3 rides am not a person who gets cramps so I dont know if its works or not for cramps energy I used other things so its hard to tell but the taste is good

Overall I give this a 3 star rating due to the fastchews do not fit inside the Race Ready Tube that was shipped. I have ordered this same 2 pack with tube from another seller and received the correct tube. This was very disappointing to receive a tube that doesnt work with the fastchews since I need those for my training runs. I used the contact the seller option and have not heard a response. I even included a picture of the tube that I received with one that I had previously received which shows the difference in size.

Delicious and effective. We used these backpacking in the high sierras during a heat wave and they worked great when we didnt want to add electrolytes to the water. They taste similar to chewable vitamin C-citrusy, not salty and sweet. Easy to get down during endurance activities.

Ive been using these for about 3 years now because Im not a fan of sports drinks. They are the perfect alternative. The orange is my favorite, but the lime isnt bad either. They must have figured out the carrying tube, because up to 10 tablets fit perfectly in the tube.

I get impacted pretty easily from being in the sun and or the heat (think headaches, fatigue, heat stroke). I took these on a cruise to the eastern Caribbean and they definitely made a difference for me. I felt great the entire week of my trip. Two big thumbs up!

They work great and the little case works well for walks.
