Great taste for a salt pill. I like the fact that it came with a pill container so I can carry salt pills in my purse but don’t have to take the whole bottle.

Lime is a bit strong but both work fast.

I get impacted pretty easily from being in the sun and or the heat (think headaches, fatigue, heat stroke). I took these on a cruise to the eastern Caribbean and they definitely made a difference for me. I felt great the entire week of my trip. Two big thumbs up!

I chomp these on long distance bike rides to keep my electrolytes up. When it’s hot and sweaty, these have definitely saved me!
