I have POTS syndrome and really need my salt throughout the day. I also need electrolytes and this has it all. Anytime I feel a POTS episode coming, I pop two in my mouth. Anytime I workout i pop a few. You can have up to like 50 a day without any bad side effects which is amazing. I absolutely love them and the taste.

These transport well in their original packaging, but also pack well into the generic small cylinder pop-top, plastic canisters, which makes them a bit easier to dispense during a run without stopping. They are very salty, as they should be, with a lime flavor that is pleasant. I drink at least 4 ounces of water during/after chewing them up to ensure they are effectively rinsed out of my mouth to prevent the otherwise yuck that is inherent in any salt chew.

After long runs I often get leg cramps that keep me awake. So I keep these by my bedside. Within a few minutes the cramps subside and I can get some sleep.

My husband is a runner and swears by these.

These will slowly dissolve in your mouth if you dont chew them up first because they taste so good. I especially like the little container it comes with. It is perfect to fill up and throw in my shirt pocket on long rides. I suffer from cramps a lot and this do help if you take them ahead of time and during extended exercise. I will continue to buy more as I run out.

Lime is a bit strong but both work fast.

Ive been using these for about 3 years now because Im not a fan of sports drinks. They are the perfect alternative. The orange is my favorite, but the lime isnt bad either. They must have figured out the carrying tube, because up to 10 tablets fit perfectly in the tube.
