I hardly use these things but know their value when it comes to sweating more and not getting enough good fluid into your body. But it’s there when I need it. Can’t recall who got one of the bottles out of the two I bought.

I chomp these on long distance bike rides to keep my electrolytes up. When it’s hot and sweaty, these have definitely saved me!

Ive tried a lot of salt replacement tablets and these are my favorite brand so far. I like the orange better than the lemon lime but like the taste of both. It keep a small bottle in my running pack and use them on long runs to keep my electrolyte balance up and theyve worked well for me. I sweat a lot so these have been a lifesaver on the trail.

I have run several very warm/hot distance and endurance races, to include marathons and triathlons, and sweat a lot during these events. My quads tend to get pretty tight after pushing for some time, I started using these salt stick tabs and the work perfectly. Easy and quick to use, just ensure you have enough water nearby and keep on moving. Prefer the orange over the lime, but thats just preference. Even gotten some other endurance athlete friends to try and they love them too.

They contriled my thirst and I felt good.

These are OK taste-wise but the amount of electrolytes per tab is too low for the cost - there are other brands out there with more electrolytes at less cost.
