Samsonite Omni 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, 2-Piece Set (20/24), Teal

Could not open the lock after creating a combination. Called Samsonite. A very nice woman tried to help me but had no information. Suggested I watch YouTube videos. I did, and found out this is a very common occurrence which in some cases (like mine) cannot be fixed. Had to break the metal tags that connect to the lock to be able to open the suitcase. Because I was leaving for several weeks Amazon will not accept the return.

The zipper broke on its first use! Save your money. I’ve gotten extremely cheap luggage from Walmart, Ross, etc. and none have been as poor quality as this set. Do not recommend!

Used it in our last trip. Plenty of room for everything you need and things you buy when on vacation. Carried on for the first leg and checked it on the way back. It survived both in great shape. Rolls very well, I’ve used some bags where the wheels are like a bad shopping cart. These are great!

This is a great buy. However, because I was rushing, I thought it would be bigger than what it was. I didn’t look at the sizes. The pictures looked bigger than what it is in person. Outside of that, it’s great. I just need to purchase the bigger one now.

Pleasantly surprised by the versatility and feature of the luggage

Had to return it because it was smaller than any other 20 carry on size. Very small spaces inside

doesnt hold nearly as much as I was hoping for; guess like in so many things they just dont make them as good as they use to
